-- 3.5 stars out of 5 -- There was a bit of confusion in ordering this Paskyee Sacroiliac support belt. The listing calls it a plus size, but mentions a surprisingly small 33-37", but then also calls it: "a plus size for 47-56 inches / 120-142cm". I took a gamble and ordered it anyway, and can confirm the plus size supplied is the much smaller length, so is far too small for any of the women in my family. It fits one of the men, though he finds its very tricky to put on, even with the included 3-inch extender. The material itself is soft and supportive, with extra velco straps that - if you can get it on in the first place - you can tighten to the tailor the amount of support it gives. It also looks durable and well made, but do check the measurements carefully against your own hip size. It's definitely not "plus" in UK sizing, and is probably closer to a UK small to medium.

I’d be inclined to agree with other reviews regarding the sizing. While the actual measurements provided are probably accurate, it’s a bit surprising that this is labeled as a plus size. As someone who wears ladies’ UK size 12 trousers, I found that without adjusting the Velcro at the back, this belt did need the extender. To be fair, this feels more like a listing issue than a product issue, as the measurements seem accurate, but calling it plus size creates confusion. I received this through the Vine program, and while the listing was unclear, there was nothing to lose. However, I probably wouldn’t have purchased it otherwise due to the contradictory information. That aside, red wouldn’t have been my first color choice as it’s harder to disguise when wearing, but it is easier to spot in a drawer. The product itself is well made and does the job. The extender is secure with multiple fixings, which is reassuring since it will need to be relied upon. I haven’t used it for an extended period yet, as I typically wear similar products when my pain flares up, but right now, I’m doing okay. I think it will work well when needed. Overall, I’m happy with it, but women size 14 at a push may benefit from this, and it’s essential to pay attention to the measurements provided rather than relying on the suggestion that it’s plus size. It’s worth noting that while the extender is significant, it only adds a few extra inches, so this might limit the belt’s suitability for some users.

This lower back brace belt offers excellent stability and support whilst providing relief from back pain and sciatica. The belt fits around the lower back well although the sizing may not be accurate for those that are normally plus sized in the UK clothing market. The belt is a bright red colour and securely fastens around using hook and loop fastening. It might have been easier and quicker to use velcro, however this is used at the back so you can tighten and adjust as needed. There is also an extender which is useful for those that may need it. The belt is well made and also helps with improving posture.

This is a well made and well stitched lower back brace. The brace has a breathable and anti slip interior. It is fastened with hook and eye. This is a little bit more fiddly than I would like. I would have preferred a Velcro option as they as so much more simple to fasten. This does offer a lot of support. I measured the brace at 36 inches and there is an extension that give another 2.75 inches. This gives a maximum hip size of just under 39 inches with the extension which could probably manage a few inches more. Given the hook and loops cover just under 6 inches, this would suggest a minimum hip size of around 33 inches, though the back support belts are of a Velcro type can be moved so you could bunch up the back and these can be used anyway to tighten the support on the back. This is a good back brace that is well made. It is comfortable on and offers noticeable support for the lower back.

High quality belt for pain, I like that it comes with extra length if you need it. Thankfully I didn't need it but my partner can use it with the extra length which is helpful. It definitely does seem to provide pain relief while using it, of course the pain does come back when the back is taken off. This is great value for money overall and it's really easy to use. It seems to stay in place when sat down aswell.

even though it's too small for me I can tell quality and this is quality. It is made of good quality material, the stitching is excellent and using hooks and eyes to fasten it is great, as is giving an extension piece. The velcro for the support straps is very good quality and I can see it holding really well. My only problem is why red? It means it's obvious if it's worn over clothes and most people wouldn't want that. Apart from that I think it's excellent and recommend it.

This is a well made, good quality back brace that is made from a breathable material and is fastened via a hook and eye which also comes with an extra extendable 6 row hook and eye. Now the reason i ordered this belt is because for the past few weeks i have had sciatica pain in my leg which has stubbornly refused to go and also because it stated in the listing it was plus size well i beg to differ the belt measures 35" and 38" with the extender also it has very little stretch to it. For a U.K. plus size it does not come anywhere near, i would class this belt as a small to medium size.

I purchased us to help with pain relief after my surgery. The belt itself is not very comfortable due to my tummy being well-rounded. I had to add some bra hooks to it to make it actually fit. Due to the size of my lower stomach, I was not able to get the complete benefits of the belt. I didn't notice any pain relief or any support. It was good with holding into place as long as I was standing. It's made of quality material and would work perfectly if I was a thinner person with a flat stomach.
