Works As Advertised
Have a pair of metal bar stools that sit upon a ceramic tile floor. The noise the stools made when sliding across the tile floor wasn't pleasant. I had new plastic end pieces instslled on the bar stools and then, sprayed the bottom two inches of each leg with the pladtic spray. After drying, no more unpleasant sound when the stools are moved.

Reasonably good plastic coating
I use this primarily for coating tool handles. It comes in different colors, which makes it ways to color-code things like nut-drivers -- blue for US-standard, red for metric, etc. Adheres well to wood, metal, and the various plastics I've used it on, and if you build up several coats, it wears well. This stuff comes in a "dip" can as well. The problem I've always had with that, is that the more tools you dip, the lower the level of the material in the can, and the shorter the length of the coating on the handle. With the spray stuff you can just mask the tool, and spray it where you want it -- less waste.Note that despite what this says on the can and in the header description, this is NOT a "rubber" coating. There is no natural latex in this product: it is a vinyl plastic.Interestingly, it took some research to uncover this information. Amazon's "Rufus" AI engine couldn't tell me if the product contained natural rubber, and kept telling me to contact the manufacturer or the retailer or visit their website. But it was unable to provide a web-address, email, phone number, mailing address, or location for the corporate headquarters. Indeed, it couldn't even tell me in what country the product is manufactured. The only thing Rufus was able to tell me -- and it was reluctant to commit to this -- was that the manufacturer was probably somewhere on the planet Earth.Well. I give the product itself five stars, but I dock the company a star for lack of transparency. How can you contact a company that has no published contact information? And as for Rufus -- nice idea; needs work.

Made our old seats look new
We have a big outdoor teeter totter and the seats on it were getting pretty sun dried and starting to crack and chip, not to mention that the color was almost completely worn off leaving just the yellow material underneath. I told my hubby that we needed to purchase new seats but he did some reading and thought that this stuff might work. I was skeptical but since it was much cheaper then replacing the whole seats we decided to give it a try. My hubby took the seats off and then applied layer after layer on to the seats (spraying extra thick where the chunks were missing.) The color is the same solar as the lid (a royal blue color.) We ended up having to order another can because we needed so many layers to cover it but I could not believe how much better the seats were after he was done. It actually dries into a hard plastic type feel and my kids have used the teeter totter a ton since and the seats haven't chipped or faded. I will definately be buying more plastic dip when or if the seats start getting worn down again.

Well worth the time and effort
I watched alot of videos and just read into this probably too much. It is amazingly easy to use. What makes it even better is if you mess up you just peel it off and go at it again. I did my front grill and fog lights and was able to get it all done without having to start over. I'm in the process of doing this to my rear bumper as well because of how well the front turned out. Look at the pictures and see for yourself. 100% recommend for everyone that wants to add some differences to all these cookie cutter cars.

What You See Is What You Get
Nice, vibrant blue. Once applied it looks very close to the cap in the image here. It applies very easily and looks great. I will be taping it up and doing some black for a two-tone look. Not sure how the plastidip will hold up; both to tape on it and the edges being created by the tape. I will update this review once my project is complete.
