Quantum Platinum Perm - One application by Zotos [Beauty]

Best perm for highly bleached hair. Been using it for years. Does not burn your hair.

Heads-up: I received this Quantum Platinum perm that was expired and very, very old. First of all, I noticed the box didn't look right (because it was the old box). Then when I opened everything up, the perm activator bottle was caved in on the side and the neutrailzer bottle was so old the plastic was cracking on it. If I would have tried to squeeze it to use it, it would have just cracked and spilled everywhere.I contacted the manufacturer and based on the code on the box, the product was manufactured in May 2016, making this perm 5.5 years old. The manufacturer said that the perms are supposed to be used within 3 years.I contacted the seller and they provided a refund.From Manufacturer: To achieve optimum results, we recommend using our perms within 3 years from the date of manufacture. To identify the date of manufacture, look for 6 embossed numbers on the side of the packaging where it is glued together or a black ink stamp over the top of the writing. The first number you can ignore, the second number is the last number of the year, the third and fourth numbers are the month and the last two numbers are the actual date. For example: 250615=June 15, 2015 by the 2nd shift.

Great item is you frost or bleach your hair. I have been using this perm for as long as I can remember. It once was really priced low but each year it gest higher and higher. I think it is getting a little too expensive for what it is. If you are thinking about ordering this item just remember nothing comes with it. It is what Beauty Salons use so no extra papers like the perms you find in stores for the public. Be sure you have everything you need to give a perm but order this one it gives bleached hair a pretty soft curl. You'll be happy you did.

Got this product for my grandmother, who doesn't have a computer. She was very pleased with the perm she got from this product.

Packaged great and love this perm

I have used this perm for years, but have had a hard time finding it in resently. So I was happy when I saw it on Amazon. I think this is a old outdated product that the company is trying to liquidate. When I picked up the neutralizer I heard it crack, luckily I put it in a cup, because as soon as I cut the top it poured out. I had to put it on old school with a cotton ball. Time will tell if it will last. If I hadn't put the container in a cup I would have lost all my time and work. Not to mention the damage already done to my hair from the waving solution. Very disappointed in Amazon for selling this. I depend on them to sell good products!
