I have ordered multiples of these now and I have to say they are awesome! They are easy to install, but you do have to pay attention to how you install them. So here is a tip; lock the seat belt into the lock while standing outside the door. Then you can see how to attach these. Once you lock them down, it takes a small flat head screw driver to get them 'unlocked' from the belt. They are tough and stay on the belt. They are also easily adjustable by sliding the extender along the belt to make the seat belt land exactly where you want it too for everyone. It can dig in to your belly a little, but I found that when you get it in the right spot, it stays put and does not dig in. I have ordered others but they all come lose or do not hold well or you can not slide then at all to adjust. I love these and have even ordered these for all my family's cars.

I have been using these for years!. I'm short and the seatbelt always goes across my neck. This is the best, easiest to use devise. I keep one on all the seatbelts in my car. They work no matter what seat you are in or what side of the car.They do wear out eventually but are inexpensive to replace.

I find most seatbelts too constrictive and always too close to my neck. This keeps it comfortable and secure against by chest and not my neck. I've had to order a couple of times because when I trade in my vehicles, I forget to remove them! Would recommend this to all!

If you don’t like getting strangled by your seatbelt then this is the product for you. Easy to install and works great. Adjusts to all body types and sizes.

I love how easy it is to install and use. The comfort is nice except if you’re extra plus sized, you’ll need to keep it more toward the middle of your stomach. That way it doesn’t poke into your side. That’s the only complaint. I still reach for mine no matter what vehicle I’m in. lol

I absolutely love these things but don’t plan on changing them from one seat belt to another. Once installed, make sure you leave it because you will break the clasp trying to open it again.If you get it in the wrong spot you can pinch your stomach. You just have to find the right spot that works for you.Now when I sit in other peoples cars I miss it.

Great Product. Keeps seatbelt off my neck, but still secure on my body.

I have tried several different brands to help with my seatbelt and this is the only 1 I would recommend. It is easy to install and does the job.
