Well made tap, should do a great job! I had a problem with a circlip which didn't fit properly. I emailed Grohe support and they immediately sent a new circlip. Unfortunately the one they sent was not the right one for the tap. However the tap functions very well without the circlip, it just swings from side to side more freely than it would with the correct component. It was quite expensive and installation is less than easy but not too complex, but the tap performs exactly as hoped and looks great so merits 5 stars.

Quality product

Very pleased with this. The spray button spout on a hose is brilliant for cleaning! Lovely brushed nickel finish. Worth noting that the pipes were a different calibre to my existing tap, so I had to get a plumber to adapt it. I’ve subsequently found out I could have bought a simple adaptor myself that would have made it cheaper.

On the face of it they looked like a lovely set of mixer taps. So my husband, a plumber, proceeded to fit them which was quite a big job. Almost at the end and he discovered the fitting at the end of the spray hose was the wrong size. No way was it going to fit. So rather than taking it all apart again and returning, he contacted Grohe for advice. Very helpful man couldn’t figure out why that would happen. So as we live close to Grohe we popped by and they gave us 3 different fittings, one of which fitted after grinding a bit off. As this was a “Resale” item I’m guessing someone had a similar problem and bought a new set to get the right fitting, leaving us with the wrong one. Last time I’ll buy something that was returned even st half price!

Sturdy, well made tap. Feels like it will last. Satisfying smooth motion on the single lever. Pressure is good (in an old UK house) and the pull out spray head works well. If you don't have a European 3/8 connection, which most UK houses don't, you need the 15mm x 3/8 male adaptors which Grohe also sells on their store page. 4 stars because it is complicated to install. Also not sure how easy it will be to get replacement parts if needed.

Great product but came with European connectors

Only had it for a few weeks but pretty happy with the quality. It was also easier to install than other taps I had as it comes with a vary handy plastic tool. Fingers crossed I won't have to revise my 5 stars in the future

Excellent build quality and very easy to install. It took less than an hour to remove the old tap, which was the most difficult part, and install the new unit. Very pleased with it.

Als gelernter Sanitär Großhandels Kaufmann (in Rente), war ich eher etwas skeptisch bei der Bestellung! Ich kann jedoch absolut nichts negatives an dieser wirklich schönen Küchen Armatur finden! Montage: einfach und leicht, hier brauchte ich keinerlei Bedienungsanleitung (berufsbedingt) Klar ist, dass das herausziehbare Perlator/Brauseteil aus Kunststoff sein muss, da es ansonsten zu schwer wäre und aus der Halterung fallen würde! Das umschalten von Perlator auf Brausestrahl funktioniert astrein und leicht! Fast alle teile an dieser GROHE Armatur sind aus Messing verchromt, sehr schön verarbeitet und fehlerlos! Über die Langlebigkeit kann ich noch keine Angaben machen, bisher funktioniert jedoch alles tadellos! Die Preis/Leistung finde ich super, vor allem, weil ich bei dieser Qualität wesentlich höhere Preise gewohnt bin! Resultat: für mich ist dies eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

This faucet looks great and fit my space well. However, the button changing from spray to continuous stream of water broke. I can't figure out if there is a warrenty or replacement part available. : (

Fin blandare som fungerar bra till slut men medskickad o-ring alldeles för stor (mer än 10mm för stor diameter) så jag fick åka iväg och köpa en o-ringssats mitt under installationen. Installationsmanualen lämnar också mycket övrigt att önska, för små bilder och otydliga detaljer. Det framgår inte heller tydligt vilka delar som ingår i olika blandare som delar samma manual.

La verdad es que me dio un poco de faena, ya que se sujeta con una tuerca cilindrica muy gorda que tropezaba con el aliviadero del fregadero. Al final pude colocarlo, aunque un poquito forzada la tuerca. Prefiero los que se sujetan con un esparrago y tuerca "normal"
