I have bought teak mats from them before and they have held up great. The stud spacing is different in the wall it willbe installed on, and when I contacted teakworks4u, they immediately offered to customize the bracket spacing at no extra cost. Great service, great product

Product seemed to be good quality, but it did not work for my shower. That is when i got hit with a 25% restocking fee. This one star is for the company not the product. Make sure you want this item before you buy it otherwise you will be out a bunch of money.

Easy to mount
Looks exactly as pictured. Easy to mount, although it is a bit noisy when lifting and lowering. Nice addition to the shower.
