It's a subscription. It's 39.99 a year. You can of course always cancel that and buy a new license at the end of every year. They also offer pretty good discounts if you have multiple PC's. An annual lincense for 2 PC's is only 49.99. It gets cheaper for each additional PC. Worth it if you ask me.

Does malwarebytes conflict with other internet security programs?

can this run with another program like AVG?

I am running with Norton 360 Premier and both programs act independently. Neither AVG or Norton 360 Premier are effective at the obnoxius type of Malware but Malware bytes detects it and works well.
