Trader Joe's Vitamin Oil E, 4 Ounce

I usually purchase this during the summer to keep my skin moisturized. Only complaint is if you don't use it for awhile, it smells like you lathered yourself up with cooking oil that you just cooked chicken in. So great product if used within a a timely matter (like 3-4 months) but after that, throw it away.

Have used this product for a number of years. It has always been consistent. I prefer to buy it at Trader Joe's because of the difference in price. But I haven't been able to get to shop there as often as I used to, so I ordered it through Amazon. There are many similar products out there, but I found this the best.

I have sensitive skin along with some eczema and this oil is the only thing that helps my skin to not freak out. I use this on my face, body…sometimes the split ends on my hair lol.Other Vitamin E oils tend to be mixed with other ingredients that either make me break out or make my eczema worse. This stuff is gentle, non fragrant and makes my skin so soft!This has helped heal any scars that I have over time(I had a GIANT dark purple scar the length of my thigh from 3 or 4 years ago that’s practically non existent now!) I also believe it’s helped heal my stretch marks after having my baby(gained 100 pounds and have since lost it, you could imagine the marks and loss of elasticity of course lol.)I’ve used this oil for about 6 years now(I’m just now writing a review lol) and I will never stop using it as long as they make it!! The 4oz bottle lasts me about 6-7 months of daily use and it’s a good price for some really great stuff.If I could give it 10 stars, I totally would.

My eldest boxer has had 'dry nose' problems for a few months undoubtedly due to the long winter months. The heat has been running non-stop since early November. This is my 3rd purchase of this for her nose.I put it on with a Q-tip all over her nose (two or three times a day) and it has helped the dryness considerably. Her veterinarian recommended trying this as it wouldn't harm her....and it might help the dryness.And, yes, her nose is much better and hopefully soon the heater will be off and her nose will return to normal. Living in Vermont, there is no guarantee of the heat being off soon, however!All in all, a marked improvement in the dryness of her nose and I am pleased with this product...for an alternative use!Highly recommended.

This vitamin e oil is a new staple in my bathroom. Originally, I purchased it to go into a blend I made for my eye lashes, which worked very well!Then, after summer came full force I got sun burned pretty badly on my back and on the back of my knees. I applied aloe gel once or twice, but the rest of the time I just kept it hydrated with this oil and it lasted less than a week! I am blown away.I have also used this oil in the bath, and although it initially stayed in one spot I stirred it up well throughout the water and it was wonderfully hydrating!This oil is also great as an addition to homemade bath bombs! Like I said above, I used it in the bath alone and it did not leave any strange residue on the edges of my bath which is always a plus when building a better bath bomb. Nobody likes to clean the tub any more than they have to!

Keeps my face moisturized nicely! Love it!

Using this in several homemade products i.e. lip balm, salve, lotions. It's just enough for small uses, easy to carry around for travels. Vit. E oil can be used for so many uses there's really an endless list. Cap is plastic, can very easily come lose so make sure it's securely screwed tight. Snap top lid, easy pour and close. There is no real smell to this other than possibly a baby oil scent, nothing that would bother anyone. Oil absorbs quickly into skin but if used too much it will leave your skin greasy for a bit, I suggest using a few drops, rubbing it in and spreading it till it's all worked into the skin better. All in all, great oil, good travel size bottle, again the cap could use some work but that's kind of the trade mark for any screw cap. came well packaged, didn't leak, and shipped quickly!

Underwent bilateral knee replacement. Doctor recommended using Vitamin E oil on the incision sites after the Steri-Strips came off. I have been massaging my knees with Trader Joe's Vitamin E Oil Blend for the last two weeks. I am amazed! My incision is healing wonderfully. Vitamin E Oil Blend has a nice texture, not extremely oily and absorbs into your skin nicely. Would highly recommend this product.
