Very good value + good top product. Be wary of brands that add unnecessary chemicals, preservatives and junk to pills. Magnesium Malate is a miracle vitamin.I've taken intermittently for years. Read about it - Very effective for MANY illnesses + conditions. I only buy Malate type of Magnesium, very tolerable (no GI side effects) and absorption very effective. Malate found in apples- "An apple a day keeps the Dr. away" lol .But u would probably need to eat 20 apples to get same amount of malate (I need to calculate- just guessing at moment.Great value, compared to others same dose. Highly recommended. Only problem is pills huge + hard to swallow (400mg dose=2 pills)- But big pills common to all Magnesium brands. If you can afford try to buy in liquid, usually 2-3x the price.

The company has been in business since 1932, and its track record seems pretty good! Bottle says to take two a day, but I mix it up each day and take several different kinds of magnesium during the week, since the different types do different things. No more leg cramps, great focus, lots of benefits.The only issue some might have is that they're quite large. Check out the picture I posted and note how big they are in comparison to my ring and fingers.

I take it at night and I feel it helps with my sleep and in the morning with my coffee it's for sure a visit to the WC.

My Gastro recommended magnesium malate Supplements to help my digestion issues. Product works great and promotes good sleep however, the pills are huge and very difficult to swallow, which is why I can only give it four stars

I really like this product & my body needs it. The tablets are large! (Like the size for a calf!) I wish these Magnesium malate had less additives so they could be smaller & easier to swallow. Otherwise, good product bc some other competitors have so little Magnesium malate in them, that I would have to take SIX! This product - I only have to take 2. And, they do help with Vitamin D absorption since they are a co-factor or "friend". :)

There are different types of magnesium. One for brain health, one for heart health and another for energy.I tried a higher priced magnesium brands, however they were poor quality.I have a hard trouble swallowing, so I must chew any pill. These were easy to chew, and broke apart easily.It only takes 2 tablets to give you 95% of daily magnesium, vs 4-6 of other companies.This is Vegan, great quantity and price!

These are huge and chalky. and I mean HUGE. It's not just that they are long - around an inch, just like Kal's glycinate type, but they are SO MUCH THICKER - see comparison to the glycinate type - each pill is in front of their respective bottle in the review. I cannot swallow these suckers without chewing them up. Luckily they don't taste like much really except mineral-ly, but it is kinda gross. I can't speak to how well they work because it's so hard to take them and the chewing factor is enough to put me off trying to take them regularly. I'm sure they are great at what they do - I love the others from this brand, but if you can't swallow them, then they do you zero good unfortunately. Won't be buying these again unless they figure out how to compact these buggers. I was really excited too for a form that would help support energy production - I could really use that kind. Ah well. back to the glycinates.
