poorly organized
If I were choosing a book to use in an antitrust course, this would not be it. It seemed very disorganized and the notes in between cases were not useful and were glossed over by my professor.

Not satisfied
The book is inconsistent with discription. The book is heavily marked, not in a good conduction, but still listed as "good."

Poorly edited and a complete maze
By far the worst text book I have ever used in law school. The cases are very poorly edited to the point that its impossible to figure out the facts and in some instances the holding! They are composed of random quotes and just a string of editors' notes. For example, two monumental cases in early antitrust law are condensed to one page. Considering they establish the legal standard used by courts in the rest of the book, it would be nice to read a little bit more of the cases themselves!!! The book contains no supplementary notes explaining this difficult and inconsistent material. Instead its just pages and pages and pages of questions that are never answered nor are the answers something one could derive from the poorly edited cases! Horrible! This book is totally useless and a waste of any student's money. Prepare to buy LOTS of study guides.
