Didnt feelike it supported well. Dont use it anymore the straps are very thick on it it is hard to hide it under clothing.

Bought this to help my posture but it just left me in pain as i wasn't sure if i was using it right so i've stopped using it

Useful for back posture correction
I bought this for my wife who works as a teaching assistant in a school, and due to her duties, needs something to help support her posture. Arrived next day, packaged well.Fit's as shown in the picture as shown. Knocked off one star as one of the buckles has been sewn on incorrectly, but will re-stich and should be easy enough to do.Can see her wearing this daily. Has arm pads to avoid chafing, but due to the straps at the back, would recommend to be worn on top of a vest.Size is fully adjustable, and can't see there being an issue regardless of size.Good product and would recommend.

Weak stitching makes it hard to recommend
I've used various posture correctors at prices up to £20.This is probably the most comfortable of them all at the most reasonable price.I have to give it 3 stars because the stitching for the straps are not strong enough. This requires you to mend it yourself if you have the time.See photo for example.

It was ok, didn't work for me, not sure if I was using it right but little information given with it.

Not great with previous health conditions
It great for me maybe it’s due to my arthritis and fibromyalgia but caused me a lot of pain to wear. I’d suggest maybe still trying this if you don’t have the same health issues

Decent product for posture correction
Good for training your posture to be better and easy to wear and adjust the fit.

Improve your Posture, lessen your back pain!
I have worn this for a few days and it certainly feels like it is improving my overall posture. My back pain has definitely lessened and hopefully it will go away completely. I would not recommend wearing it longer than around two hours a day as the body needs to gather some rest from the brace. I believe that the body will accept the new, learned posture and there will be no need for the brace anymore. I wear it over a t-shirt or vest as it feels a little strange wearing it under a shirt, directly on the skin. I can certainly recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their overall psoture.
