1200E Blade Kit

I bought the QCM 1200E cutter a number of years ago to cut case inserts for our company's CD and DVD products. After damaging the blade by accidentally cutting through staples, I took it to a local sharpener. Trying to sharpen the original blade, it became obvious that, because of the design of this type of cutter, the newly ground blade wouldn't drop far enough down to cut through the last sheets of paper. Much effort had produced a poor result. I bought the blade kit, installed the new blade in about 20 minutes, including actually doing it twice because I didn't do it right the 1st time. The cutter is like new. If you have a QCM 1200E that no longer cuts, this is the only way to go. Sharpen the old blade? Forget about it!

I had the same blade on my QCM 1200-E for about two years and finally had to replace it. The old blade was cutting terribly. The new blade works amazing of course! This seller shipped quickly and even answered a question I sent to them quickly (seller: Stapler Warehouse). I was hoping this "kit" came with one cutting stick but all you get is the blade. Happy with this blade and purchase.

I needed a replacement blade for the QCM-1200E stack paper cutter having dinged up the old one by hitting staples. This one is the real thing and went right into the cutter. We're now back up and running like nothing happened - other than telling the workers to take out the staples first.
