Really Useful Storage Box 84 Litre Bonus Pack

First of all I have to say that I really like this “Really Useful Box” brand and purchased many of them over the years for my storage items. They are very study, easily and sturdily stackable with a locking system, which I find makes them superior to other “brands” or non brands as the case may be. I recently bought the last 3 units of this product from Ryman Ltd (not the first time I’ve bought something from them) and found them to be extremely efficient in getting your order out quickly. So much so that it was delivered by courier a day before the Amazon app even caught up or projected delivery for me. I did have a minor issue with the order but that is not Ryman’s fault whatsoever and the blame purely lies with how the manufacturer packed the multiple boxes inside of each other along with how it was handled along the way before it got to me. The issue was that in the way it was packed, which leaves one of the 3L boxes with a bit too much wiggle room to move about and with enough jostling a couple of the blue locking clips unclipped and rough handling these became damaged. I’ve never seen this happen before with any of the the boxes that I’ve purchased over the years but I let Ryman know that evening and had a message from Jack in the customer services first thing in the morning not only apologising for the damaged items but to also let me know that 2 complete replacements of the 3L boxes were being sent straight out to me and I had them within 48 hours. Thank you to Jack and those involved in sending those out to me. So would I still recommend “Really Useful Storage Boxes”.. Absolutely! 👍🏻 ..and would I recommend Ryman Ltd.. I buy this set now and again as the variety of sizes available generally fit what I need and the price is great. Can’t really fault the Really Useful brand as they are very robust and are stackable. Have tried other brands in the past but usually disappointed by the inferior quality and end up coming back to these anyway.
