The two lights came yesterday and I installed in a minute. An hour later my power went out due to a bad storm and I had these lights!

Bright light but poor quality
I bought two of these lights for under cabinet lights in my kitchen. While the lights were bright and perfect for under cabinet illumination, the plastic battery cover would not stay closed. The batteries kept popping out of the chamber and the plastic ended up breaking on the 2nd try to close it. I bought two of these lights and had the very same problem with both! Now I have two broken lights that I was never able to use because the plastic battery cover broke on both.

Poorly Designed Battery Cover
Unlike their smaller version of this light, the battery cover breaks after less than a dozen uses. I've called and had a free replacement shipped, only to have the battery cover break on that also. The smaller version of these lights (I have two) are still going strong. I am using a piece of duct tape to hold the battery cover closed on the larger one as I see no reason to order ANOTHER replacement (been there, done that), until they re-design the battery door...uh...that's an "If and when" folks !?
