It’s all about consistency you can get results from a this quicker but I suggest being on a them for at least 3 months if your nails are terrible.

I saw no difference taking these pills. Also I wish I had noticed before purchase these pills are huge. I choke on them a few time.

When my hair started suddenly shedding in large amounts I was obviously very frightened. I spoke to my dermatologist who just said “use Rogaine”. There are a lot of reasons why it’s harder for women to use Rogaine, and I was upset that he didn’t take me seriously.
