It is well made.
My sister said it was well made. It is attractive and sturdy and comfortable. I'm glad I didn't just use a chair.

No Yamaha labels but def a solid bench.
Like others have said, it doesn't say anything Yamaha on the box other than BB1 so I freaked out at first. It is definitely a very sturdy bench though, solid AF and would recommend.

Not quite as expected, but good
So, I recently purchased a Yamaha keyboard, and Yamaha stand to go with keyboard, next I buy this bench in the same fashion …input Yamaha keyboard model and see the recommended Yamaha bench. In this case a Yamaha BB1 piano bench. When I received it I almost started to return it as “Yamaha” name was not clearly evident or featured on box - see photo 1. It was only $79, but still I purchased what was supposed to be a genuine Yamaha product and that is what I expected. However, taking a second look on one side it did indicate it was distributed by Yamaha and the BB1 model number was observed above bar code - see photo 2. I would have expected that like the keyboard and the stand that it would have come in a Yamaha box with BB1 in several places on box printing itself, not just on end flap label. I don’t know, such is disappointing but then I decided to give it a go and frankly feel it’s quality, shipment, ease of assembly were in a word excellent. It’s a keeper - still sort of feels like I am in a bait and switch territory or something like it - at any rate I did give the positive 4 star review but did deduct the one star given this issue. It was sent to me through Samash.com which appears to be good ole fashion American music company although this product as per photo 2 is actually made in China.

Small pian bench
I purchases the piano bench to go with our Suzuki keyboard. It looks great with it. It was very easy to assemble (just had to tighten 4 screws). It is comfortable to sit on but I wish it were a little longer. Unfortunately there is no storage place in the seat but it is made well and sturdy so I am pleased with my purchase.

A solid, simple stool
As almost all reviews mentioned it is a sturdy, beautiful looking 'basic' piano stool with a comfortable height. The color combination of the material looks great with Casio Privia which I use. I suggest to have a glance at the related Q&A which I did, to ensure that there are no advanced features such as flip-top storage box or vertical adjustment facility. IMHO, I feel it unfair to give a lower rating with these reasons as this is a perfect piece for the 'given features'.

100% of the pieces were not put in the box
The 4 nuts to fix the wooden legs did not arrive.

Solid Product
I've been using this bench for about a week now and overall I am happy with my purchase. The bench is sturdy, comfortable, and reasonably priced. I gave it four stars for three reasons: - The packaging had a warning that read "warning, this product contains a chemical known to the state of california to cause birth defects and other reproductive harm". I'm a guy so birth defects aren't an issue, but labels like this with no explanation from the manufacturer make me nervous. - One of the legs wobbled when I first put it together. The unthreaded part of the screw was too long, so I had to take a trip to the local hardware store to buy some washers that fixed the problem. - The seat is too sticky. I'm accustomed to being able to slide up and down the bench as I play, but I cannot do so with this leather seat. I probably could have foreseen this, but it is a pain nonetheless. If I were to buy another bench, I wouldn't buy this one. I'm rather short (5'7") so I cannot use the pedals on my piano with my heel on the floor, which is unfortunate. I also have come to realize that I need a seat with storage space and this bench has none. But these are personal issues, so I give the bench 4 stars nonetheless.

aunque es estetico, el material es de muy baja calidad para el precio tan alto que fue comprado es muy frágil

Easy to assemble and sturdy enough for me. Yamaha is a brand you can trust.

The screws need to be tightened well and it would be nice if there was storage under the seat, but overall, attractive and comfortable and a nice height

It's a decent bench, however: - It's not actually a Yamaha branded bench. - legs are a little wobbly, even though I've tightened them down as much as I can.

Saw one leg had crack when open the box. And 4 legs didn’t match the base well. I returned.
