Ortho Molecular - Lithium Orotate - 60 Capsules

I have extreme anxiety, to the point where another person can literally see or feel my heart pulsing. It keeps me from socializing and it absolutely wears me out. My first day taking this supplement was pretty astounding. I had something really stressful happen which would have set my heart off, but I've been cool as a cucumber. The stress is still there but my heart is so sound. It hasn't been beating out of my chest at all (knock on wood). I also started Nutrafol which helps reduce excess cortisol in the body. Evidently the two products together really work for me.

I have found this product to be fantastic and have had great results with it. It has helped my mental clarity and ability to concentrate significantly. I have verified it's effect by stopping use for a period of time and noticing a big difference once enough time had passed for it to be out of my system.I highly recommend this product for anyone who has trouble focusing or concentrating for long periods of time. (i.e., that's your job)

I only take a pill a day but it does so much for my mood

Ortho Molecular is a great company that makes high quality supplements. This lithium orotate contains an appropriate dose for people wanting a daily lithium supplement to boost mental alertness. Other supplements contain far, far less. Check the labeling.

There is NO INFORMATION telling you the strength of the capsule anywhere in the Amazon presentation! Is it 5 mg elemental lithium, or 10 mg? or 20? Why would I buy something like this when the potency is the most important information. Why would the manufacturer withhold this? Why would Amazon even agree to distribute it ???

I take it at night and it helps me get a good night's sleep so I feel well rested in the morning and better equipped to face the day. Melatonin doesn't work for me.

I found this to be not as effective as the 5 mg stuff I was purchasing in pill form on amazon, so I went back to using that. It sure would be nice if non-scientist 'civilians' could easy and accurately evaluate the chemical makeup of products but that's not the fault of Ortho Molecular. Just miffed that I can't know for sure what's in any of this stuff especially since this doesn't go through the complicated, time-consuming, expensive and perhaps even damning FDA approval process.

I have taken Lithium Orotate for mild depression and to boost my mood for about 10 years off and on. This is my first try with this brand and it is supposed to be twice as strong as the previous brand I have taken before and is more expensive. I have been taking these for 30 days and can see no difference between the 5mg dosage and this 10mg dosage. I tried these because my old brand "Doctors Best" stopped making them. I will try another brand when finished with these.
