Best way to get required protein
I found my way to get my protein. This is so easy to mix with water, in a smoothie, and with preparing meals. Awesome way to get the daily required protein, and it has no protein taste! Great product!

Taste is eh
Everything is great about it besides the taste unfortunately. I'll be mixing with some almond milk next time and that should do the trick.

Best plant protein powder I’ve used
This is the best protein powder I’ve ever used. The protein to calories ratio is fantastic, it doesn’t break me out, tastes great, and mixes in well with everything I’ve used it for (pancakes, yogurt bowls, brownies, chocolate milk, to name a few). I’ve tried other plant based protein powders and none compare to this one. Will always purchase.

UNFLAVORED is NOT FLAVORLESS and it DOES NOT BLEND well, its also gag me THICK!
I like the taste of peas so the pea flavor is not a deal breaker. But if you don't like peas, you are not going to like this. The pea flavor is very distinct. So please be aware unflavored does NOT equal flavorless. And I don't know how other users get this to blend well because no matter what I try its a hassle. I've tried other reviewers suggestions and they sure did not work for me. I've tried my bullet and then all it does is foam and froth and I end up with indigestion from all the bubbles. If I try to blend it with a hand blender I end up with clumps and I end up having to mix and stir with a fork. Every morning I use a protein supplement to increase my protein intake. I have to mix one scoop of this with 12 ounces of cold water and even then its so thick it almost gags me. Not at all close to the consistency of 1 scoop of Isopure's whey protein in 8 ounces of water. Once I drink it I then have to add 8 ounces of water and run a scraper around in the cup to get the rest of it dissolved. I dread taking my protein supplement. Well that said, I've made it through 1 1/4 canisters because I'm cheap. I paid for the stuff and I'm going to use it.... but I'm not sure I can do it any longer. I can't gag my way through any more of it. I think the rest of the canister is going into my compost bin. I can't for the life of me figure out how this stuff has earned so many good reviews but I'm going to let users know there is certainly other opinions. Well wait the one thing it did work ok in was my recipe for protein pudding pops... 16 ounces of 1 % milk, 1 package fat free sugar free pudding mix, 2 scoops pea protein and 2 scoops whey protein (both isopure brand). freeze in those pudding pop makers you find on amazon. BUT the pops taste much better if you don't use the pea protein though. the pea protein makes them gritty whereas the whey protein does not do that) but if you are trying to use the stuff up, like I was...

Get it if you're lactose intolerant, not for the taste.
There's very little option for protein powder that is both 100% lactose-free and soy free. I'm the type of person that likes to chug protein powder with as little water as possible, enough to turn it into liquid. I don't bother with making a fancy smoothie or whatnot. I think of protein powder as a protein supplement, not a taste enhancer. That being said this is probably one of the worst-tasting protein powders from this line. I would be O.K with it if I didn't have to mix much water into it and just swallow it down but it being plant-based, it seems to take a lot of water to turn it liquid. Like it probably takes two or three times the amount of water to make it even drinkable. Even then it feels like I'm chugging chunky chocolate pudding gone bad. Maybe it would taste fine if you made it like a chocolate shake or something, but I don't want to make a 16oz smoothie. It defeats the purpose for me a bit. Maybe if it didn't have that artificial sweet taste to it that lingers in your mouth it would be fine too... but it has that weird Stevia aftertaste to it.I guess you gotta take the pros and cons. With this, I wonder if they could have just leaned all the way towards it being bland, tasteless, and efficient. But instead, they tried playing both sides and made an artificially sweetened chunky pudding mix. If you don't have any other options for lactose/soy-free protein powder, this is a pretty good bang for your buck. That being said, be prepared for a very unpleasant chugging experience.
