As I was reading, I decided Fat is NOT a feminist issue. Richard Simmons' face kept coming to my mind, so I bought his Never Say Diet Book instead. He's a man who has "been there." He lost weight and has kept it off for 40 years. What a testimony.

A very pertinent book, still, today. All ages, and both men and women would benefit from facing their fears and discovering ways to over come them.
