Cocoa Powder Bulk Bag, 5 lb

I’ve been using HERSHEY’S Natural Unsweetened Cocoa Powder for a while now, and it’s one of my go to pantry items. I always make sure to have at least a can on hand. The flavor is rich and deeply chocolatey without being bitter, which is exactly what you want from an unsweetened cocoa. It smells amazing as soon as you open the can, and a little goes a long way. I use it for baking brownies, cakes, and cookies, but it’s also great for homemade hot cocoa and even adding to smoothies or oatmeal. It blends well and doesn’t leave weird clumps if you mix it properly. I like that there’s no added sugar, so I can control the sweetness depending on what I’m making. My only complaint would be is that seems to get everywhere and is a pain to clean up, if spilled. The classic can is sturdy and easy to store, and the quality is consistent every time I buy it. It’s reliable, versatile, and tastes exactly how good cocoa powder should taste. If you bake or cook with chocolate at all, this is an easy five stars.

This is one of my favorite additions to any dessert. Dusting a light coat on top of tiramisu, or mix with greek yogurt, or even use it to bake cocoa bread. It has strong chocolate flavor, deep rich color, and very easy to use. No clump. The quality is definitely great!

Hershey's is a classic. The cake recipe on the back is worth the price of the can. It is simply the best chocolate cake recipe around. As I understand it, it has been on the can for over 100 years. It is easy to make and when combined with the frosting recipe that is also on the can, makes the best cake ever.

It is thick and tastes amazing. I always used Nestle products, but this one is really good and almost tastes like it. The color is very well, and the quality is top-notch. We didn't try it for baking, but it tastes great for drinking, especially on long winter nights. It is really affordable (compared to the Nestle one), and we will get more of it soon.

Bought to add to coffee. Does not dissolve well. Didn't know what to expect. Will have to find other uses for this that shouldn't be hard.

Hershey’s natural unsweetened cocoa powder has been a staple in my house for as long as I can remember. The smell is so intense. You just have to close your eyes to smell it. The taste enhances anything that you mix it in. It bakes up well, mix as well and the texture is fantastic.

I will order it again! You have no clue how many stores i searched just to find this. Imagine for 1 tbsp 1 net Carb. And its soooo drucken delicious 🥰😍🤩

I have yet to taste it. I am assuming it is tasty.

Muy buen sabor e ideal para hornear o batidos. Me lo recomendó mi nutriologa por su bajo (casi nulo) contenido de azúcar y ha sido ideal para aportar un poco de sabor a la dieta.

He probado varios tipos de cacao en polvo y éste es de los mejores junto a los bio (sin desgrasar). De hecho, se les parece mucho en el color, olor y sabor, y eso es algo que me gusta porque me hace pensar que es más natural que otros cacaos desgrasados que se encuentran en el supermercado como, por ejemplo, el Valor, que tiene un color más rojizo y un olor diferente. Me llegó ayer por la mañana y lo utilicé para hacer unas cookies de avena y plátano con pasas. ¡Quedaron deliciosas! Es un poquito caro para la cantidad que trae, pero merece la pena.
