Bartolini Umbrian Lentils

These are expensive compared to supermarket lentils, but so delicious and if you try them once, you will want them again.

The lentils arrived a few days late because the delivery got logged on Amazon as earlier than it should have been, but it arrived well packaged and it looks like a high quality product. I have not cooked them yet, but the color, the integrity of the shape, everything suggests a fresh product. Would buy again.

These are the real deal: small Italian lentils that hold their shape when cooked. Delicious. I find they don't need to be cooked for as long as the package directions state.

They are just lentils, but honestly these are the best lentils I've eaten and worth the extra price. They are small, tender, and have a great texture. High quality food is worth it! I have a vegetarian lasagna that these star in, can't wait to make it again!
