Adding an update to my previous review below. I am absolutely amazed that it continues to work better and apparently I haven't seen the maximum effect yet. Until Covid hit, I was traveling on flights several times a week. Sometimes I could barely wait from the time I was in the boarding line until we got airborne until the light went off so I could use the lavatory.Today I literally went for a drive lasting 7 hours and all I did was stop for gas during that time. I recently saw my urologist and he did the usual annual tests. Basically everything is an improvement from last year when it was trending worse each previous year. I actually have the ability to hold off if needed for a bit rather than dash to the toilet whenever the urge hits. I was pretty young in the first place to have this issue and I feel like the clock has been set back 10 years or more, back to almost where I had no issues in this area. Even my urologist was impressed.*********Like a lot of men, I have an enlarged prostate. I've gone through 2 different surgeries to try and help the core issue as the symptoms were killing me. I am not an old man but I was getting up 4-6 times a night, EVERY NIGHT. This has gotten progressively worse and the 2 surgeries didn't significantly improve my symptoms. I tried 2 that would totally wreck intimacy if you know what I mean. No point curing an enlarged prostate if it turns me into a eunuch if you know what I mean. Out of desperation I even tried some of the dreaded drugs with some potentially bad side effects. I was a textbook case of how bad those effects could be.That drug begins with a fin... It basically chemically turned me into a eunuch in short order. When I realized it could take a year to actually shrink anything, I knew my relationship couldn't survive that long of a dry spell if you know what I mean. It did help grow hair though. So I was pretty much resigned to deal with nocturia where I might even get up more times a night, as well as all the other issues with an enlarged prostate. I kept trying other drugs as well that were quite as terrible with their side effects and still little to know relief. My blood pressure rose as my weight gain due to lack of sleep became worse and worse. To say I became lethargic at times was an understatement.I started to do more research into natural remedies. I had tried saw palmetto on its own before and it didn't seem to help me but I thought it was worth revisiting. I read a lot of the studies, looked through any peer reviewed ones I could find and determined what I thought might have the best shot of working for me. Somehow I stumbled upon Prostonic Ultra. I looked at the other leading brand, you know the Super blah blah one, and it seemed to be missing some things that show a lot of promise to help with the symptoms; Pygeum and pumpkin seeds. I had already done all the things in my control like give up caffeine (hellacious withdrawal symptoms and almost called 911 to get me, no joke, that is a drug I never want to deal with again). Drink my water earlier. All the usual stuff to lessen the symptoms.I looked at some other companies and it seemed like this, while missing some things I'd like (stinging nettle), it had most of the other things I was looking for based on my research. So I bought a bottle last month. First week of use - nada. Second week of use - nada. Finally in the 3rd week I started seeing some improvement but I wasn't sure it was significant enough or attributable to the Prostonic. Last night and the night before I actually was able to sleep for 5-6 hours straight without having to make a middle of the night pitstop. To say I was astounded won't even approach the level of emotion. Normally I would make a pit stop ever 90 min +/- 30 minutes every night. I have tracked my sleep patterns for years with my Apple Watch. If I can get close to 6 hours of sleep every night, without interruption, I can get my health back and my weight on track a lot more quickly. I have been a zombie for too many days thanks to this cursed condition.Sorry for the long-winded review. I spent 10k out of pocket on the surgeries and one was an experimental one (for the US) that showed promise. If this stuff is really helping, like it appears to be so far, I'll be the happiest customer they have. I am not a shill for the company. Never bought anything from them before. I don't know anybody at the company. I wasn't sent by a referral link. I wasn't paid to endorse them and I bought this with my own money. Should they want to send a bottle my way, I won't turn it down. ;-) I will keep buying this as long as it keeps working. Dads - be sure to tell your sons about taking care of their prostate. I wish my dad and grandfather had.

I use this product,and also Force Factor Prostate Advanced. They both work great,and are reasonably priced. I find that when I alternate between products, I have a better outcome.I sleep great without waking up during the night just to use the bathroom. I would recommend both these products because I use them.The Force Factor pills are larger, and supposed to be 3 pills per.,but I use only 2,and it still works great.

The beta cyto-sterols in this product were sourced from Pine not soy. Note to SEEKERS: it's getting very difficult to find this particular ingredient, as it seems that most sellers are opting for the cheaper sourced from soy version. Which can elevate estrogen production and further exacerbate your prostate problem. In fact if you use other supplements I highly recommend you make sure the label has a "no soy" stamp on it! Note to herbtronics: Good Job.

I have pretty severe BPH symptoms such that until I have a procedure to reduce my prostate size and resulting partial blockage, I use an intermittent catheter regularly to fully empty my bladder. I record this post-void residual number to track the progression of the BPH. Comparing my post-void residual volume before starting this supplement to after using the 2-month supply as directed, I see little if any improvement. I have, however, noted an improvement in the ease to urinate when my bladder is full, possibly allowing for less frequent use of the catheter.If I don't have a Urolift soon, I'll go off this supplement for a few months and monitor the effect before I considering ordering more.
