CASIO Men's TRT-110H

A great watch, good value and a near perfect feature set for this price point. In this review, my reference will be to similar watches and I am not comparing this watch to designer brands or other models that are considerably more expensive. My requirements for a watch are simple. Alongside accuracy and robustness, I need a 24hr display, with day and date visible during normal operation and a stopwatch function. Added to that, simplicity is always a bonus. This watch does all of that and more, with the time display being clear and readable. The day (three letter abbreviation) and date is displayed during normal operation. There is a stopwatch, countdown timer, alarm and dual time. Dual time was the baine of my life in my previous watch, as it kept jumping to one of several dual times and was very annoying as I did not have confidence I was looking at the actual time. This watch avoids this confusion by having the dual time in a sequence of functions after the stopwatch, countdown and alarm, so is very unlikely to cause the confusion like my old watch did. One feature I would really like and only had on one previous was to have the time displayed when the stopwatch is on. This watch teases this feature, by having the time displayed on the stopwatch, but as soon as the stopwatch is activated, the time is no longer displayed. This is a minor annoyance, which does not detract from how useful this watch is. It is worth discussing robustness. I do a fair bit of DIY for myself and neighbours. I tend to batter my watch and collect a few scratches on the screen. This was has a chunky surround and raised areas above and below the screen, which has (in my experience), protected the screen very well. In short, a great watch.

Seems a really solid watch. Buttons were a bit stiff to set but managed. Pleased with it.

Runners often take pride posting photos of their old Casio on group websites like I Was, or Am A Runner. Casio watches have all the functions that runners need plus some. It was my reason for purchasing the TRT-110H-1AVEF. However, it sits on my wrist 1.4cm high (9mm higher than my previous Casio watch). While the face is larger making it easier to read, it is also easier to catch and scratch. You know you are wearing it. The strap is less comfortable and it has a proprietary screw-in connection. When you come to replace it you'll have to seek out another Casio strap if they still produce that model. Lastly, when you take it off it doesn't lay flat but rather awkwardly on its side like some heart rate monitors. I would have returned it if Casio still made my previous watch.

Light and durable watch from the G Schock series. It is a pretty nice model, sportive and adapt to resist to hard conditions. The light function is amazing. The screen appears well illuminated and the vibration alarm works pretty well. Maybe it could have lasted some seconds longer.... but it is ok so. I do not hesitate to recommend this watch. L'orologio esteticamente è molto bello. L'ora si legge molto bene (vedesi foto) e utile anche l'indicazione della data. La luce notturna per visualizzare l'ora è fatta bene rispetto ad altri orologi Casio che possiedo. Il vetro non è il massimo ma questo vale per tutti gli orologi della Casio su questa fascia di prezzo. Comode le funzioni sveglia (con suoneria o solo vibrazione), cronometro, conto alla rovescia. Le dimensioni sono perfette, né troppo grande né troppo piccolo. Per 29€ è un vero affare in rapporto alla qualità/prezzo.

Casio robusto y con buenos acabados. Muy chulo. Parece un G-Shock pero cuesta menos de una tercera parte. Precio de risa. Números grandes, buena iluminación, lo de la alarma de vibración mola mucho, es como tener un despertador en tu muñeca por si duermes con tapones en los oídos. 10 años de batería son más que suficientes, tiene crono, y puedes bucear con él en la playa que no pasa nada si no cazas tiburones, o buscas tesoros. Para qué más XD.
