565016 MonoMax Gas Shock , Red

Installed on a 2002 Chevy Silverado Extended Cab 2wd. Truck also has large 275-55-20 wheels and tires. Stock height front, lowered 2" in the rear. Shocks work fantastic. Much better ride. No more body roll. Just a nice firm, controlled, planted feel.

Smoothed out the ride and firmed the truck up. Feels much more controllable. Definately going to be sticking with these shocks in the future. Very high quality and everything is included.

Bilstein quality, budget price. Good choice to improve ride, load carrying capacity.

I purchased these shocks to replace my stock shocks in my GMC Sierra. Shocks are very well made, and much stiffer than the stock shocks. Over the lousy roads in Utah the ride is a little hard but much MUCH better controlled especially in corners. As long as you don't mind a choppier ride, the increase in cornering stability is great. I tow trailers frequently and the setup was perfect for that. If you drive aggressively or tow trailers a lot I would highly recommend the shocks

I installed these shocks on my Chevy Silverado. When towing my boat these shocks are very weak and bounce like crazy. I talked to their customer service before I bought the shocks to make sure I got the right ones. I don't use the boat much so it was awhile before I drove the truck, now it's too late to return the shocks. I'm very disappointed with these shocks. Now the customer service link on the amazon page doesn't work. I would not buy these shocks again.

Made my 01 dodge 2500 ram TD feel better than new! I didn't even know this old truck could feel this plush, nice upgrade from stock for sure, good value, wouldn't hesitate to buy again. Edit, took my truck on a dirt , washboard road for the first time since installation, was not impressed whatsoever! Was one of the most bone jarring experience's of my 58 year life! Fine for pavement, towing,etc. Taking away three stars. I cannot recommend these shocks on a 3/4 ton dodge Cummins if you're planning any off pavement.

Bought these for 2 silverados and love them. I recommend. They are stiff at first but soften up some after break in. These soak up bumps well. One of the trucks I put them on had 20's 275 55 20 and the other had stock 16's. Both drive 100% better with them. And while towing, they absorb very good. These are a must for your SUV or truck

Awesome price, took a little longer and additional hands to install these shocks but the ride difference was a great improvement

Nice and firm, very firm. If you are tired of mushy truck shocks these are for you!!! But..... If your truck is just a grocery getter (you know who you are) you will not like these. It raised the rear of my Cummins about 2-3 inches over the pooched monroes that I was putting up with.

Just installed these on my 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 rwd.theyre made in Mexico and not japan as advertised.they seem like quality shocks

Put these on a few weeks ago and what a difference-looks and rides great
