Beck/Arnley 201-2028 Turn Signal Switch

I have a 1998 Corolla (middle east model) and had a problem where the brights and regular headlights were reversed and then the switch stopped moving back and forth altogether. Replaced the new switch with help from video on YouTube. Works perfectly now.

My car is a 2001 Corolla. This part, when installed, allowed me to flash my brights when pulling back the lever. The brights stay on when I push the lever forward. When I twist the knob at the end of the lever, the lights come on, if they are off. The turn signal works fine in both directions, and, if I am making a 90 degree turn, the turn signal cancels when the turn is complete. If this part feels any different than the one that came with the car, then I am totally fine with the way that this one feels.

Purchased this thinking the original died after 30 years and 300,000mi. Nope, original was still good (though a little tired.) I left this installed even after diagnosing the issue because I am confident it will last the rest of the cars life (another 300k I hope!)

Excellent product. Simple to install after reading online instructions. My dad and I had it installed and working within 20 minutes. We found it easier to have one person hold the steering wheel all the way to the right or left as the other removed the screws behind the wheel, but I think one person could complete this project on their own without any trouble.

Easy to install

Easy to install by loosening cover and signal screws and then change out the switch. Install took me 20 minutes by watching youtube vids. Mechanic quoted me $70 for hour of labour and $120 for part plus taxes.

cheaper on amazon than elsewhere.

Worked as expected.
