Works in Gigabyte X299 motherboard
I was not successful to turn on TPM using the Intel firmware. So I waited till the prices of TPM modules came down. This chip fits my motherboard and the price has come down from what scalpers wanted all year long. Unless there is a reason to install Windows 11 sooner than later, it was good to wait for the price to come down. Upon installation on motherboard and turning on the computer, the TPM was recognized and it booted into windows. There was no need to do any settings changes in BIOS.

No more Ryzen stutter
I patiently awaited AMD's BIOS/UEFI update to fix the stuttering issue with Ryzen when decoding video. It helped, but did not fix the problem. Since the issue is with the on-CPU TPM module, I decided to get this hardware module. For the price, it was worth fixing the headaches. It works. No more stuttering. Note: If you have Windows 11, you will need to set up your login credentials again. Credentials are stored in TPM, and you just changed which TPM module the motherboard uses. You may also need to turn off fTPM as well, forcing the motherboard to use the hardware module. Also note that TPM modules are vendor-specific, sometimes even board-specific. Check model numbers to make sure you buy the correct one.

A Must have for Gigabyte Motherboard Running Win 11.
Had to buy this as Microsoft requires it to run Windows 11 on Series 800 and up Motherboards. Decent price for the module, and easy to install.

Works well but only with GPT and Secure Boot enabled
First of all I was getting 0x80000 error and could not use it. After some research, I've discovered that my boot partition was MBR and that Secure Boot settings in MB bios were not available because Compatibility Support Module (CSM) was enabled. If you disable CSM before converting to GPT you won't be able to boot, but you will see Secure Boot options come up in BIOS; therefore in order to make this work i had to first convert MBR to GPT in windows power shell (admin) by running these commands: mbr2gpt /validate mbr2gpt /validate /allowFullOS mbr2gpt /convert /allowFullOS Restart. Get in bios and disable CSM. Restart. Make sure you can boot in windows. Then restart and go in bios again to enable secure boot. Restart, boot into windows run tpm.msc and now it will show the status in the screenshot. P.S. Do this at your own risk, and only if your partition is MBR, you have CSM enabled and your Secure Boot options aren't visible in bios.

Works great but very overpriced
It was easy enough to drop into the motherboard. After a small tweak to the BIOS settings, all my AMD fTPM woes are resolved. The base MSRP on this is only in the double digits, as of this review this is listed in the triple digits. So this is definitely overpriced, however it's still cheaper than having to replace the entire computer over a small thing like TPM.

Works like a champ! 5 stars.
I got the TPM chip today. I have a Gigabyte motherboard Gigabyte B450 I AORUS PRO WIFI (AMD Ryzen AM4/M.2 Thermal Guard with Onboard Wifi/HDMI/DP/USB 3.1 Gen 2/Mini ITX/Motherboard), that I bought to setup a computer for our dental clinic. I wanted to have encryption to protect data on the NVME in case of theft or other unforeseen circumstances. Luckily, the motherboard supports TPM. I got the item today and it worked right away. The UEFI BIOS immediately detected it without issues. I got options as well. I posting screen shots. Under Windows 10, Bitlocker immediately worked and recognized it. It offered me to export my keys as well. Encrypting happened smoothly. I rebooted and I'm done. I didn't see any noticeable drop in performance. A bit pricey but it works. I'll order more for the other computers.
