This is AWESOME! I love Titan products this is about the sixth item I ordered. This was a great find. I dislike doing hamstring finishers with the bosu ball so this was an great change. Just put the heels of your feet in the ridges and pull in and feel the burn in the Hammies! The steel is heavy and well constructed. The wheels are smooth as silk. There is even two bars and you can put bands into it to make the workout harder. I use the ham glider as a finisher and final burnout. Great for lunges also!! The unit can also be used as an ab roller and even body drags for the adventurous cardio people. Great product and came via fed ex two days earlier than expected.

So glad that I purchased this after seeing someone at the gym using it. I use it in my home gym in place of Swiss ball. Also use it for side lunges and pikes for ab work. Rolls easily.

This is one of those devices you have no idea you want until you have it; not logical, but true. First things first; customer support is crazy good. FedEx did a number on my unit and in under 30 minutes Titan had it handled. Crazy. Now the product; easy assembly in five minutes, ten if you are drinking a cup of coffee. Rolls smooth enough and straight as an arrow (do not over-tighten the wheel bolts), if the wheels rolled too smoothly you might get in serious trouble...trust me you do not want this rolling like a set of roller blades. The construction is unreal...solid steel that you are not going to hurt...ever. Now...what to do with this...glutes and hams...sure...but FAR more than that. Ever done a reverse one-legged sliding lunge to get that missed weakness inside your leg; one leg on something solid and the other on a smooth floor surface...well...here you go. Abs...tried the hook it to a couple bands, facing the unit on knees backing up for tension and then pulling the sled toward the thighs using abs...ouch...good ouch. There's more...much more, and once you have it, you'll have a good time figuring out all of the possibilities. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...and a great company to go with it. No, I don't know them or work for them...I actually have this, and have used it and will use it for many years I am sure.

This was a good buy. It is a very simple and effective product for targeting your hamstrings. The fact that you do not have to strap your feet into it (like a similar product I have for the same purpose) makes it more efficient for circuit training. This coupled with the fact that it takes up no space at all, makes it a winner for those with home gyms. Thanks for a solid and inexpensive product.

A great product. Similar to a seated leg curl but even better because you are not sitting on the muscle you are trying to contract. Weight can be added to it to increase difficulty or attach it to a band and create amazing resistance. Love this especially as an addition to my home gym as it takes up no space!

Great product with a great price point. If you have very large hands/fingers, holding onto the bar and using as a core/ab roller will prove to be challenging. That’s why I gave it 4 stars vs 5. Compared to the $130 ham roller my trainer uses, this works equally as well and $85+ cheaper!

The steel part is good. Complete fail on the hardware and rollers. The rollers bind when you tighten the hardware. The hardware is too short to engage the nuts correctly. I can get this to work but it's sloppy and very annoying... They should include the correct hardware

This is so easy to assemble that i got it set up before my husband got home from from work. You need a spanner and you also need something to hold the bolt on the other side whilst you tighten it. No need to over tighten it. Its so easy to use and is great for your hamstrings. My husband is happy with it.
