Really good
As advertised, comfortable, did take me a min to get used to the side buttons and the smooth wheel but as is. (I'm not an expert in computer mice so I can't compare to other models)

Mad Cats R.A.T. 2+
Ok, first off, this thing is sooooooo cute!!! I love it!!! Much smaller than the R.A.T. 8+. My first R.A.T.. Took me all of about 4 seconds to get use to the crazy cool shape. The RGB on the palm rest is very eye catching against the black body. Button clicks are crisp, clean, and accurate. As for comfort - this one is definitely made for us girls. Small an cute 😍 The tracking on this is amazing for such low dpi. It works great. I've seen a lot of reviews saying how cheap they feel. IT'S PLASTIC!!! Everything made of plastic feels cheap. I work in automotive manufacturing, and have pretty much my whole life. Even automotive plastic feels cheap. This is a great low budget mouse. The attention to detail on such a low grade mouse is amazing. Clean lines. No edges that could cut you. Even the white stripes on the thumb and pinky grip are plastic so no paint wearing off. Details. This is a great product.

Programmable mouse
Over all I have been using the R.A.T mouse ever since there started making them. The new R.A.T 4 is not like the old 4! Alot lighter. Using plastic bottom. Made for just regular game play, nothing special. But still a good deal for the money! Has a great Warranty.

Worthy product.
I bought a RAT1+. It's very lightweight, you can adjust the length of the mice but limited, I wish you have a lot of option for that. The quality seems fair, clicking really sounds and feels crispy. The cord feels cheap. To download the software for your designated mouse, you have to enable Anywhere in setting for downloading because my laptop keeps saying it's harmful because it's an .exe I guess and it comes from a web given from the manual. About the comfort is kinda not so satisfied. For a $30 mouse it's worth the price and do the job.

Poor quality sensor
I am a big fan of the old RAT1 mouse and its minimalistic skeleton frame design. I wish that mouse were made with better quality--I would gladly pay double. I knew my RAT1 would eventually wear out and so I planned ahead and got one of these RAT1+ mice hoping to continue the lineage. The mouse feels good in all aspects since it's very close to the original RAT but it has a poor sensor in it which immediately renders the mouse useless to me. I play FPS games and even a modest flick (like a quick 180 degree turn) always results in the sensor spazzing out and losing tracking. The original RAT1 was able to handle it just fine. What a shame and a waste. Why even put such a sensor into a 'gaming' mouse? Again, I'd happily pay more if somebody would manufacture a mouse like this that actually had decent quality but it seems this type of form factor is a niche in the mouse world. I guess this thing is fine if you want a super light mouse for just working on your computer.(I ended up just getting a Razer Cobra to match the rest of my Razer gear and while it's a bit different--much more conventional style--it's been working great for me.)

Swapped from G502 and Basilisk v3 for something practical
Broke 2 mice within the last year that were supposedly the "latest and greatest", referred to this mouse by a friend that has owned one for 7 years that still games with it daily. Largest/most comfortable palm grip i've found in recent times. (I am a XXL glove size)

Solid budget gaming mouse
I work on my computer and game on in so my mice get a LOT of use. This model has some nice features and holds up well to constant use. The app for customizing the buttons is easy to use.

Mad Catz The Authentic R.A.T. 4+
I have used Mad Catz R.A.T. 3n for years with little problem. The Mad Catz The Authentic R.A.T. 4+ seems to work very well
