Amazing guitar that is extremely good for heavy metal and hard rockers.
This guitar is absolutely amazing. I never would have guessed it was made in Indonesia. This guitar has a fixed bridge, incredible sustain, and is very easy to tune and WILL stay in tune for some time. I have played it from E to C standard, and C standard is where it can get slightly difficult to play so you have some headroom for downtuning. The frets are great and not sharp at all. Fretboard is very high quality and has all 24 frets for your metal solos. Very thin neck is a really great thing for me. This guitar has EMG pickups, and you should honestly look them up to decide if this is the guitar for you. I love EMG's but some people can't stand them. Mahogony body is very great, creates a great sound and doesn't feel cold against the arm in cold weather. You have three controls on the body. One is for volume, one switch is to switch pickups from neck to bridge or to use both at once, final switch is a killswitch for shutting off the audio when a songs over or for some guitar effects that you might here in Jordan by Buckethead. This guitar comes with a 9v battery, a guitar cable, some tools for adjusting a few things, and comes with some nice D'Darrio 10-46 installed. Highly recommend you buy a good case to protect this wonderful thing. Also don't forget a couple 9 volts and extra strings just in case!Edit AUGUST 11th: This guitar had a saddle that broke a few weeks ago. Managed to get it fixed. The warranty is either misleading or Guitar Center isn't doing their job. The warranty claims to just take it to an authorized Ibanez Dealer. What you are actually supposed to do is take it to an authorized Repair Center. Ibanez did send the part and they had it repaired for free. The saddle breaking seems to be rare on this bridge.
