Amazing flavour for most meats
A great rub for pork.beef and chicken.not sugar based so long lasting. A real fine rub that leaves an amazing bark. Must for any keen bbq enthusiast it leaves amazing flavour without any spicey heat

AVOID: For the price, I expected to be able to use this as soon as it was delivered.....
Noticed a few "spice clumps" on the top so decided to break them up with a fork. Thought I'd dig down a bit into the powder and, from about a third of the way down, it's just a big solid lump. Do bear in mind, this was a sealed container. Sorry but at over £40 a kilo I'd expect to be able to use it instead of having to somehow get the contents out and turn them back to powder again.
