The Correct Voltage and Wattage for my particular Amscope Microscope
Woks as an exact replacement for the bulbs in my particular Amscope microscope. I had to read the manual carefully to figure out how to get into the bulb compartment. Make sure you are buying the correct voltage and wattage for your particular Amscope microscope.

Good for microscope
This bulb fits my microscope. I am satisfied with the intensity of the light. Also it was delivered fast.

uncommon bulb, but burned out after <1 week
I use a Fisher MicroMaster II microscope at work and needed a replacement bulb (the 6V, 20W is a very difficult bulb to find). Fisher carried them but at 3X the cost, so I ordered this bulb instead. It would buzz whenever I used the dimmer, and smelled like smoke for the first 2-3 hours of use. The Carl Zeiss bulbs from Fisher are more expensive, but worth the money IMO. It's also possible this was just a dud. All-in-all I would probably hesitate before I bought one of these bulbs, but if money is a consideration then go for it.

It was exactly as I expected

This bulb's pins are not the same size as the standard 6V20W from other manufacturers (ie Osram). Amscope is bigger and won't fit. Ended up getting the Osram again.
