Will they cut thick artificial flower stems that are thick plastic with strong wire inside

They are sharp and precise, great for lightweight precision work for which they are designed. However, the jaws only open to 5mm max so it depends how thick the stems are and how tough the wire is as if its too tough it would probably damage the blades, so I would say no.

Will these cut Wedding ring off?

No, don't think so. Don't think they would be strong enough. A jeweler would be able to cut off a wedding ring probably for not much more than the cost of buying cutters.

Id say just buy another set aince theyre so cheap

Can they cut curtain wire?

I have no reason to think that they wouldn't. I have used mine for cutting quite thick copper wire and I don't think curtain wire is as tough. They are a good buy.
