PLAYMOBIL Take Along Modern Doll House

My 2.5 year old daughter has been showing a lot of interest in doll houses lately so I bought this to give to her for Christmas. I chose this one firstly because we love Playmobil and have several products by them that are just great! Also comparable doll houses are more expensive and come with NOTHING! This doll house comes with so many pieces its crazy! The whole thing doubles as storage and locks up with a latch. The rooms are small and might pose difficulty manovering the people, but I also don't think my kid is going to mind. I decided to open it up and assemble it before wrapping it for Christmas. Some assembly is required and is very easy. It come with a visual diagram on how to put some pieces together. I had a lot of fun looking at every thing and cant wait for her to play with it! This is the best doll house ever! The details and construction are impressive. There are lots of tiny pieces so be careful not to loose them. My boys and I play with this quite often. They were reluctant at first, telling me it was a girl's toy. Now, they love it. Promotes pretend play but with realistic aspects too. So one thing my boys find hilarious is putting the flowers in the toilet. Its amazing that this thing comes with a toilet scrubber. Totally recommend this. It is awesome that all the pieces fit inside. I do suggest that to prevent the pieces from moving a lot while the house is closed stack them on the top floor. The floor and wall in the photo are two large square magnet tiles that do not come with the house. We use the magnet tiles to create rooms. There is no way I would recommend this toy for children younger than 4 years old due to the size and amount of tiny pieces.

This was a birthday gift for my 3 yr old daughter. After significant research and conversations with other mom's we chose this Playmobil doll house, and I am SO glad we did. I didn't know if it was better to get a small or a large doll house, but the consensus from my research was that little girls prefer smaller doll houses and so far so good. This house is sturdy, full of great furniture and accessories, colorful, manageable in terms of size/no of rooms and really well thought through by the manufacturer. My 6 yr old son has taken a liking to it as well and the 2 siblings play together having a wonderful time. The quality of Playmobil's products is impeccable - easy to assemble (my 6 yr old did it all by him self), and stay together even if the play gets a little rough. Great price, easy purchase and punctual delivery. What more can you ask for!

This is a fantastic Playmobil dollhouse that reminds me of the fold up Fisher-Price one I had in the 70's. It opens up to reveal 4 rooms - kitchen, living, bedroom, and bathroom. It has all the furniture and characters included and so many adorable, tiny accessories like food for the fridge, dishes, toiletries, and even a cable box and DVD player for the TV stand. It's very cute. Comes with a mom, dad, and baby, with two puppies. Of course, any Playmobil characters can be added to the set. It folds up and closes and holds everything nicely inside for storage or portability. I bought this for my 3 1/2 year old son. I really appreciate how it is totally gender neutral and can be enjoyed by any child. My 6 1/2 year old son loves it, too and they play with it together.

Durable. We are big fans of playmobile toys and this did not dissapoint. It came with a man, woman and child. Accessories for every room. The refrigerator has shelves and there are little flower vases. The potty and bathtub were a big hit with my daughter. It latches and has a handle and my 3 year old is able to carry it from room to room. Most playmobile sets are kinda pricey but this came with so many pieces it was well worth what we paid.

For the most part, this little doll house is great. You get the fun and benefit of a doll house in a compact size and it's portable. It comes with lots of accessories, and my daughter likes to play with it. I like the quality of PlayMobil and the ability to use all kinds of different sets and dolls with it (she often uses the police or knight dolls from my son's sets). The only thing I don't like about it is there are A LOT of small pieces. My daughter is almost 3, likes to play with dollhouses, but still occasionally puts things in her mouth to be funny. We had to hide a ziplock baggie's worth of small parts. The dolls and the furniture are enough to keep her happy.

Our almost 8yr old daughter wanted a dollhouse for her LOLs, but with three kids we really try to be space conservative with toys. This dollhouse had really good reviews, so I took a gamble on it. While the sloped top floor is a little tight, it does work, and the furniture is all exactly the right height for an LOL. I took the little britches off the doll to bend the legs and it fit in the chair perfectly without tipping. I suspect the minis will fit nicely in the high chair. I took the people out. I'll probably give them to her younger brother. I felt the box and the people gave it an overall younger feel, so I was glad I opened it up to assemble before giving it to her. The little accessories such as the toothbrushes and toothpaste make this dollhouse adorable, even though I'm sure my daughter will lose them. I really appreciated the fridge, which has a closed back so the food doesn't fall through, and which has shelves that fit the drinks. The meat also fits perfectly in the pan. It's the details like that make it great. All of the furniture came disassembled, and the instructions were just a series of pictures of the objects. I kept referring back to the box to help me. The problem was, the pieces to the objects were bagged separately. I think the fridge came out of 3 or 4 little furniture piece bags, just for the fridge, not the food. But assembly was very simple and all the pieces popped together beautifully. It just took me a little longer to find all the correct pieces for each object. The house did close with all the furniture and a few LOLs inside as well. I love that our daughter can bring it with her when we go to our church group or to a friend's house. I know it's not the massive house she was hoping for, but I am not disappointed with this buy at all, and I don't think she will be, either. ETA: As I predicted, our daughter loved her dollhouse. One of her favorite things was how the book actually fit in the bedside table drawer, and how the lids to the little jars come off. The minis do indeed fit perfectly in the high chair, and though the lils can't lay in the cradle, they sit cutely in it. As you can see, she was even able to fit the dolls in the living room chair WITH their little britches without them falling. She honestly had no idea this house wasn't officially for LOLs. We have encountered one major downside - the house very frequently breaks open at the hinges, even with gentle use. I considered rating it down a star for that reason, but I felt the rest was enough to make up for it.

This is a really good playmobile set with tons of pieces! Our 3 year old son is very creative and loves the playmobile sets and was using a popsicle stick house as their house so i wanted something he could okay with to send them home to take a shower and bath and eat (he is big on routines right now) but most houses are pink for girls. This house is very unisex! Awesome pieces! I put the tiny silverware pieces etc in a small Tupperware out of reach unless I’m right next to him but he loves playing with the furniture on his own! Great for creative play! We have a daughter so I can tell this will have years of play!
