I'm Filipino, so Moringa has always been in my diet growing up. It's used in a lot of Filipino dishes (i.e. Tinola, Inabraw, etc.). When I used to live at home with my parents, it was always available to eat. We lived in Oregon, so there were a few Asian markets near by which sold Moringa. I noticed when I would eat Moringa, I always felt energized, full (I didn't snack throughout the day because I had zero cravings), my skin was glowing, and I was pretty regular (never constipated). When I got married and my husband got stationed in Georgia, boy did I have some getting used to! I love the South, but most of the Asian markets that I took for granted in Oregon, were pretty much nonexistent in our area! The one Filipino market I did find, didn't carry Moringa, so I was pretty homesick. Not having Moringa in my diet completely changed my health. So I went on Amazon, and found the next best thing. These capsules are small but they pack a punch. I also have my husband take them, especially since he doesn't take a multivitamin and he's not too fond of vegetables. We will continue to take this supplement!

I had been suffering with so many problems I had digestive problems IBS, constipation, these pills corrected that I ad weak joints and cramping in my legs ,not any more. I have started back working out and my recovery is so much better. I am on my 3rd bottle. I've purchased this product 7 times now. I wanted to make sure it worked before posting a review, which I rarely do anyways. I had cystic fibrosis for several years and recently had a hysterectomy. I needed help with my iron as the hemoglobin was low. I was very sceptical and nervous about trying this product but I did some research and went for it. Not only are my numbers better now but I have tons of energy as well.

1200 mg is the strongest on the market today. It works. Boot energy and maintain weight. I really like this product.

Quick service and delivery. I wasn't sure the first couple of days if there was a difference or not until I forgot to take the capsules one morning. Wow what an awaking.
