I have now had this item for more than two years and I use it every other day! I used to do curls with free weights and my neck hurt because I could not isolate the muscles I wanted to work. . I bought this and use it every time and it perfectly isolates my biceps and allows me to lift without pain. Much easier than a curl bench and I think it will last longer than I will!

It looks well made but it is to small for me I am 6 foot 3 with a 52 inch chest and it is worthless to me

Jayefo Arm Blaster came yesterday. Seems well made and I like the pads on the area where my arm sits. I am a 138 pound female and the adjustable strap is comfortable around my neck. However, I only gave 4 stars because it may actually be a little big for me across the chest. No fault of the company - but not sure it is designed for a smaller chest and arms individual. I used it today for numerous arm/bicep curls using weights and using my cable machine. It held my arms in position and was sturdy. I plan on continuing using it and I think it will be beneficial to building bigger biceps.
