I take two every day and have no bad side effects and they seem to be helping with a problem that I have had for a while. I plan to keep using this product and recommend it.

During the winter time, especially, I need to urinate frequently and urgently. After doing some research, I read that Stinging Nettle decreases the need to urinate. Definitely I have noticed a difference. I take this with Saw Palmetto (must be 85% and above fatty acid) and Pumpkin Seeds. Very pleased. The medicine is in the food, not in prescription drugs.

Stinging Nettle provides improvement ... I had run out and just recently replaced it and I can see the difference. I recommend it.
