I am hugely protein deficient. In today’s day and age meats aren’t a huge thing for me (carbs are) I don’t lookup alternatives and I don’t focus on my health. Well look who has been told I need to start taking care of myself. First step, intake more protein. Problem? I’m, again, not a big meat eater. I was looking for something, anything really, that would give me the protein I need and have it easy and something I wouldn’t mind choking down. Well surprise surprise! The strawberry banana and Chocolate have been a LIFE SAVER! It’s delicious, full of protein and fast! The chocolate tastes like chocolate milk and the strawberry banana tastes like a strawberry shake! So happy with my purchase!!! Feeling fuller longer and more energy are just a couple pros in the list! Everyone should try it!

I love these shakes! I order vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry banana. The taste is great, and so is the nutrition. I am lactose intolerant, and these do not bother me. They are lactose free, so I don't need to take a pill. I drink 1, sometimes 2 per day to boost my protein. I try to eat at least 150 grams of protein per day - more is better though. These shakes, along with some lifestyle changes helped me lose over 40 pounds.I am 44 year old female with 2 kids and a lot of old injuries that I have rehabbed. I am back to an active lifestyle with weightlifting, yoga, and cardio. Love these shakes as a post workout snack or in the morning when I am too busy to make eggs, chicken sausage, and fruit (my typical breakfast).These are balanced nutrition. Yes, there are carbs and natural sugars. These are actually good for you if you are an active individual for muscle recovery. I wouldn't recommend for someone who is doing keto or adkins, due to the carbs and sugars. For most people, these are solid and I recommend them.

I love these. The strawberry banana is a nice change from other protein shake flavors. It’s quick for on the go and these keep me full for a long time.

Love these. No weird taste. Tastes like a strawberry banana smoothie. I love all the fair life core power flavors. Yes they can be on the pricey side but to me it's worth it knowing that they are good quality and are going to taste great.

I love these things! They taste like a milkshake. No chalky taste at all and I get plenty of protein. The only drawback is that they r Very expensive.

The strawberry banana flavor is just as good as the chocolate. No gritty texture or aftertaste. I am on a keto diet and can drink several while remaining in ketosis. I am now able to maximize my daily protein.
