Great kit!
Bought this for my son who bought an expensive cowboy hat for himself. He is rough on his hats and needed a good cleaning kit. He was impressed with everything in it and I wanted another when his cleaner ran out.

Great for felt hat cleaning

Might smear stains even more/causes discoloration
I was very skeptical to use any spray/foam cleaners on my Stetson hat considering that it is very expensive. I had black stain on the bottom of my hat and decided to try this. Turns out this product smeared the stain even more and now I have a bigger but less visible stain. This product also slightly causes discoloration as well. It is not returnable, however if I could return it I absolutely would. Very disappointed considering the cost.

You can’t return
Item looked already used. Tried product on hat and it left dark marks. Tried to return and they wouldn’t allow for a refund, so save your money, my loss.

Not worth the time to use this.
Didn’t work. Darkened the hat a little after use.

Nice kit
It's a nice kit however the cleaner doesn't work very well on my 30x rodeo king hat the powder type is far more effective, I like the nice hat brush and water repellent hardner I would purchase it again
