At first I thought the case was Scratched & was disappointed, but a day later my son was using my phone and said, mom you forgot to remove the plastic film on the back, but I didn't think it would have made a difference, but it did, the plastic film on the back protected the back from scratches that made it look Scratched, but once you peel it off, it was beautifully nice, shiny, & smooth, so DON'T FORGET TO PEEL OFF THE BACK PROTECTION BACK FILM, so yes, it looked just as shown in the picture, Awesome Fit for my Blu Vivo XL4, thank you.

First I will start with a dislike the instructions came in Chinese. And hopefully the back and doesn't break when I need to take it off. Now for the like it fits my phone very well and my phone respond very well to the case also I understand what the other reviews were saying their case was scratched up that's because the backing has plastic on it and you have to remove the plastic off of the back. So that's why you see several scratches might as well scratch too and I was getting worried but you need to remove the plastic film off the back mirror. And then it should be fine. I did not have to wait long at all for the delivery as well which was good not even awake so hopefully this will take care of my Vivo xl4 and the screen protector one on very nicely as well so hopefully everything goes well.

Ok they film on it hard to remove !¡!It looks weak at first but fits tidely . Bet it's strong but no couchen so don't Throw it. The seller is not to help coustomer comes off road .And the two I bought had fabrication Burns in Multiple places .The holes that's there to fit light cam and fingerprint are not Exactly where they should be where you expect them. And for it to stay shineing treated your self or wait tell it Turns Black I warned you not to purchase it!¡!

Buyers beware. This case is garbage and the seller does not accept returns. I never would have purchased had I known this was not possible. The stock phone cases that come with Blu XL4 are of much higher quality. Blu owners stay away and be warned about this unscrupulous seller.

I think this case has been given a bad rap. It's really actually a very nice looking case once you figure out the installation & peel off the back sticker. It also comes with some nice screen protectors & cleaning cloths. It actually looks exactly as the picture decribes & looks more expensive than it actually is. As far as Durability I Don't know how long it will hold up...but with the price, I will definitely order more.

Case arrived very scratched, phone fit loosely inside, and it doesn't provide protection to the front of the phone.I don't know if it's been used, but I suspect so because not even the protective plastic was included.Only plus is that the bumper is actually metal.1/10

Don't buy. Very cheaply made. I removed the plastic film which made it look better but that is not the problem. I the item I received had a black mark on it and the button for the power button was broken. This product is extremely flimsy. I can't even seem to find a way to contact the seller about the problem. Avoid the headache.

The case is pretty but not very durable the back pops off very easily and the thing that's the worst is the metal sides block my phone signal. When using this case I have none stop dropped calls or no signal at all but when I take the case off everything works as it should.
