Practical
Very well made adapter for using small sockets on my DeWalt impact driver. Looks durable, but only time will tell. This will save me some time when working with bolts. Grandpa said: Buy a good tool and you won't need to buy it again.

Inexpensive and handy
I bought this specifically to help me change a valve cover gasket. The valve cover had something like 22 bolts and I didn't want to waste excess time and energy on them. I broke torque with a small breaker bar and then attached this to my Hitachi cordless screwdriver. It made quick work of them and saved me the hassle of turning them by hand using tools and bits that I already owned. I'll continue to use it in cases like that where I have a ton of small nuts or bolts to remove. The bit stays locked into place, but the 1/4 socket end wasn't as smooth as my 1/4 ratchets and extensions. It's okay, but could be better. It's definitely not a deal-breaker.

Works Great With 1/4" Sockets
This was used to connect a 1/4" 22mm socket to my 1/4" hex screwdriver to tighten Ideal Electrical Twister Proflex Mini Wire Nuts (30-343). This size of Proflex Mini fits the range of wire sizes I use (22-12 gauge), so I epoxied the adapter to the socket to hang it in my tool bag (photo). Nice adapter for a great price.
