Will this lock fit on the Pelican 1750 rifle case?

Sure will... like a glove! It helps to put them on upside down for easier removal. Also, as a side note if using these for flying. There's NO SUCH THING AS A TSA LOCK!!! I specifically took my case with these locks (empty) into Detroit Metro a week before my flight, spoke with TSA and Delta, both said there's no TSA approved lock since you sit there while they screen it and approve it, then you and ONLY you have the key. They both said these locks are perfect. I asked what happens if they need to check the contents later. They recommend putting a tag with your cell # and flight on it so they can call you before using the bolt cutters. If you're already on the plane, well, don't expect the locks to be there, but to answer your question... yes.

can this be used for lockers? my son goes to summer camp and they need them for the lockers. also, how heavy is this?

I guess it depends on the size of the latch your son's locker has. I use mine for my locker at my gym. It's a pretty hefty lock -- really solid. If I threw it at you, it would really hurt.

Is there only 2 keys of 4 keys, you know, one for each lock?

This set comes with at least 3 keys (maybe 4). All I can remember is that I had three sets of keys and I can't honestly remember if there was a fourth.
