I am female and I have small hands. I have trouble finding gloves that fit and are comfortable to wear. The Palmyth gloves fit and are comfortable to wear. No blisters, no rubbing against my hands. The gloves are a lightweight, that is exactly what I was looking for. I hand washed the gloves with mild hand soap and they held up nicely. Worth the money! Review: Sporting gloves - I love these for sporting clays, my hands tend to sweat and they give a good grip to my wood stock. There's no stretch to the wrist so if you have thick wrists go up a size.

Need a bit more padding in the palms
These are nice and comfortable to wear, sizing was good with the chart. I have another pair of kayak gloves and they have a little more padding in certain areas of the palm; Just an extra layer of leather/suede sewn across under the fingers, onto each finger pad, and near the thumb where those pressure points are. I wish these had that for a little more comfort and protection from blistering while kayaking. I couldn't get the brand I had before, so may look some more, but these will do. Otherwise, nice fingerless gloves.

Outstanding!!
I have vitiligo, and my hands get bad sunburn even when I use sunblock, because it rinses off all the time when I'm in the boat fishing or otherwise. These gloves are a godsend. No more painful sunburn. (I can wear a long sleeve shirt, but that doesn't help my hands.) The gloves are lightweight, do a fantastic job protecting my skin, but because they're fingerless, I can still do things without taking them off. The palm-side is made of some kind of grippy material, which is also great. If it's possible to love an inanimate object, I love these gloves. I plan on ordering a few more pairs for spares - one for the tackle box, one for the boat, etc.

Good for kayaking
These gloves are ideal for kayaking and kayak sailing- I have had them for almost 2 years and ordered a pair for my wife recently. They make it easier to hold the paddle with the glue hand in 2 ways - first, the knobby palm surface makes it easy to grip the paddle with less force than with a bare hand, and second, the sun protection of the gloves lets you skip applying slippery sunscreen on your hands while still protecting them. They are more comfortable for hours of wear than the prior leather-palmed sailing gloves that I used to wear (and surprisingly have held up better despite their thinness).

Not true to size
Love these gloves but the small is too big for my hand. Normally would wear a women’s small, perhaps these are a men’s small — so heads up for small handed females out there.

Great canoeing gloves
I bought four pairs of these for a family canoe trek in Canada. I had low expectations when they showed up as the Velcro was weak and the gloves seemed very thin. After seven days on the water, averaging 13 hours of paddling and portaging each day and covering 112 miles of Canadian lakes and rivers not a single stitch had popped, not a single wear spot had formed, the Velcro held as well as day 1, and not a single blister on any of the 8 hands involved. Really great gloves for the money.

great water sport gloves
They fit properly, comfortable and they have leather in all the right places, including the inside of your thumb, where kayak paddles love to give you a blister if your not holding them right. I recommend for everyone.
