M-100MC Microcassette Recorder with Voice Operated Recording

Don’t know if the problem is with the unit or I remembered it much better.

I haven't even used this one yet, but I had one before. Excellent for dictating, conferences, interviews, it is a great recording device for virtually every situation in almost all conditions. I'm sure I'll be very pleased with this one to replace the one I had for many years and was 100% satisfied with until it became a casualty in an auto accident!

Product received did not work correctly. The motor was shot, and when trying to record, all that would record was a hissing noise. Tried to work out an exchange/refund, but the seller never responded.

I thought this would be the end-all, be-all solution to my microcassette needs, which include field recordings, music ideas, dictation and lecture. It's not...I tried three models, thinking each time it was just a bad model, but each one had an enourmous amount of flutter on playback, as if everything recorded was being twanged with a whammy bar. Too large and bulky for standard dictation needs as well, you can do better for dication with a smaller one.

Well, it's unfortunate that you spend this kind of money for a recorder and they don't send one single microcassette with it. We have yet to use it so we can not give review on the item itself.

I love this recorder which I use on a daily basis. Sony no longer makes it, thats why I paid an outrageous price for this one. It was worth it to me.

It didn't work. The motor wouldn't run do Maxine was useless. However seller organised refund very promptly.

This item was purchased to use at property board meetings. It served its purpose. The board secretary used it for backup to record minutes.
