Very small size & easy to swallow. I have been using this product for over a year and can't say enough good things about. I previously have tried many anti-depressants and after having a genetic DNA test done it was found that my body needed L-Methylfolate to process folic acid properly. I noticed a improvement in my mental health within 1 month and have 0 side effects like with previous anti-depressants.

I like this brand because the capsules is much smaller Me and My son have been taking l-methyl for years . My son had a very hard time to swallow the big capsule. this brand is much smaller and we Both can tell the difference after 2 weeks .

After my husband learned he had a mutated gene that prevents you from absorbing folic acid and his doctor prescribed him deplin. Just recently our insurance stopped coverage of this item so I turned to the internet and found this brand which also has a micro capsule. The small capsule makes it very easy for people that have difficulty swallowing pills to take, such as my husband does. He has been using this brand for a month or two now and there seems to be no adjustment or difference from the previous prescription so, so far all is good.

Received as promised and the tablet is easy to swallow. I only had two doses so I can’t give it a fair rating for effectiveness.

Higher doses are better

Product is as was promised . Easy to swallow-as is a small capsule approx 10mm long and 2mm diameter. There is no flavor associated and is Efficacious. ( works for me!)

So far I can't speak to the efficacy of the supplement. What I do experience is an upset stomach almost immediately after taking the product. I shall try taking it half way through a meal to see if that helps.

Through DNA testing (pharmacological), it was found I do not process folate. Imagine, 68 years without folate. Take this as it is pre-processed. My life changed, now receiving the benefits of folate in the brain and cardiologist system. My world is now "brighter", only way I know to describe.
