I suffer from sciatic and lower back pain. Therapy balls in a sack can be used to effectively massage the painful lumbar and Pelvic pain. I love the sack for its easy to open closure and it's perfect aperture. The firmness of the balls is just right for a fairly high pressure massage. You could replace the balls with more malleable ones if desired.

These balls do exactly what they say they will. They are "sticky" enough to stay in place, firm enough to allow for myofascial release but have enough "give" that they don't exacerbate pain. I don't know how they would be used for working out. I use them as part of a myofascial release yoga class. I tried other balls and objects in my home and none of them came close to accomplishing what these do. Now I can do for myself what I have paid massage therapists thousands of dollars to do over the years. I highly recommend!

Great price. Much softer than lacrosse or racket balls but firmer than other brands of massage therapy balls. Hold shape well. Easy to clean with wipes. Excellent size for travel and love the bag it comes in which can also be used when using both balls for stress reduction. Helps with my muscle pain. Would definitely recommend as a low price muscle pain and stress releaser

I was wanting new balls with the diameter that fits me best. These are diameter I wanted and nice medium firmness

I see another product that has two of same type of ball attached to each other on amazon looks like a better choice for neck issues

I was pleased that the therapy balls was delivered very punctually. They are definitely helping my situation. The heel of my foot is much better.

These are about the size of a racquetball. Pretty worthless. A yoga ball which is bigger does the trick.
