This is a great wallet for both new and veteran Cryptoholders! Users should use caution when storing the seed phrases. SecuX does a great job with providing 2 copies of seed phrases 24 word sheets to store in a safe. 1 for 1 safe and a 2nd one for a spouse or backup in case of emergency. The packaging is decent and even comes with a dust protective pouch and a micro USB Charger for the W20 itself! The device comes with a tamper indicating tape all around the box and the device itself. This seller is very responsible! The device itself needs to be used as the directions explain. This is not for an expert only. But this should also not be purchased by someone who may send their crypto assets to a wrong address! Be very very cautious! And have a bluetooth enabled device such as a cell phone to connect in sync with this Crypto wallet. This will only work if you have both a cell phone/web enabled computer with bluetooth, and the SecuX w20 itself. A very safe device in terms of it being non connected to the network and not being vulnerable cyber attacks thanks to its military grade Chip inside that will not be hacked! Rest assured that your Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Etc. Will be safer here than on your mobile Crypto trade app! I definitely recommend this product for those who are looking to trade for the first time and get into crypto. I also recommend this product for those veterans who want to fully secure their vulnerable digital assets! This is a trustworthy device! The price is incredible and if you want piece of mind and be your own cryptocurrency bank, look no further! The W20 by SecuX is your best friend! As a final note, this is compatible with Android phones.

I really liked how this wallet looked compared to the other wallets out there, its small but still useable, the battery life is amazing. The touch LCD is bright and readable / useable. The number pad to enter the pass keys is randomized each time so make sure to hit the right numbers when entering your code. Good feature but caught me off guard lol. There is a revision 2 that has 500GB added storage and newer features too. For $99 this is a good value, I think I paid more for it when I bought it 2 years ago. 5 STARS!

The SecuX W20 is a simple, clean and crisp wallet that will store your crypto assets. It comes with Bluetooth to connect with your phone, but for some reason it doesn't connect to mine. If you have a Iphone then you can connect it with a and app. The touch screen is responsive and clear. Overall the it just gets the job done, not much complaint about it. My only gripe is that it supports very few cryptocurrency. if your investing in the most popular crypto, then your fine.

1. Before I made the purchase I read the comments and some of them clearly doesn’t know how crypto works. The whole point of having a crypto wallet is that you get to keep the private key to yourself, it’s stored in your wallet and not on their website! 2. Love the large touchscreen as it makes operating the device so much easier than clicking buttons. 3. Easy setup process: the user interface was very straight forward and the experience is great overall. Most of the icons / operating flow makes great sense and are self-explanatory. 4. Account expandability: Impressed with the capability of multiple accounts to manage different coins, unlike my previous Nano S which only allowed a few accounts and I had to make choices and delete ones not in use. 5. Transferring is a breeze : You pair the device to its iOS app via bluetooth, type in the OTP to ensure authenticity , and simply scan the QR code address provided by you

I seldom come across a tech device that I have an issue with. This is one product that I do have issue with. The cold wallet itself appears to be one of quality materials and construction. That is the only good thing I can say about it. The instructions are incomplete. If you are looking for a device with instructions that walk you through the process of connecting with a crypto exchange in simple fashion then I would advise you to look elsewhere. This is not it! Unless of course you enjoy being frustrated to no end with something that is more complicated than it should be. I followed the instructions to the letter but still had issues. No problem...just go to their support page and get it worked out and all will be fine and all of the frustration will be forgotten. Not so easy. The customer service page only provides info that is in the operating guide that comes with the device. That info did nothing to get me linked with the crypto exchange. Next step: call customer support. Umm....they do not have phone support. Hmmm. Ok, the only alternative is email support. I went through the motions and stated my issues at length and provided my telephone number in case they preferred to call me. That was not happening. I did however receive a reply to my email from James. He was apologetic that there was no phone support and I'm sure he was convinced that he solved all of my issues by laying out the steps to link the device to the crypto exchange. Except he simply sent me an abbreviated version of what was in the operator guide! I was like....REALLY!! With no help from SecuX I was able over time, with LOTS OF FRUSTRATION, to link the 2 devices together to allow my transactions to occur. I bought 2 of these devices and am now going to send one of them back. And as soon as the wallet that I ordered from another manufacturer (a reputable manufacturer) is in my hands and online I intend to debrief this unit by utilization of a 4 step process as follows: 1.) Remove All Data 2.) Place Unit on my concrete driveway 3.) Crush repeatedly with a 10lb. Maul !!! 4.) Place in my garbage bin Would I recommend this product: I think you already know the answer to that. P.S. I take no pride in bashing any product and very rarely do I do so. Even if the product is so so. The sad thing here is that they have probably created a good product but unfortunately the software and drivers are inferior in that they do not operate as they should. And on another note....there is also ample frustration when you are trying to send and receive with this device. It is another frustrating experience attempting to get the address copied easily.....but hopefully I have directed you elsewhere and you will not have to deal with that like I did. I hope also that this manufacturer gets their act together with their software as well as their customer support. If that ever happens they will have a marketable product.

I am so glad I bought this wallet. I had one of those tiny Nano wallets and this SecuX W20 wallet is so much easier to use and far more secure. I like how the pin keypad is scrambled each time you use it. I like that its easy to read. I like how easy it connects to either my laptop or my phone and uses Bluetooth or usb. I've got my DOGECoin and Bitcoin on it and feel good about it. It keeps track of prices so you can look at values when you connect. If you've got some crypto to store this one will serve you well.

I would give 3.5 stars if possible. 4 Stars for the device and 3 stars for their web interface. The device works as expected. I like having the large screen for easy entry. Their web interface needs some work though. 1. If you select receive and decide you want to cancel, their web interface does not have a cancel button and the browser back button will not work. You have to close your browser and start over. 2. Their is no way to copy a previously used address if you decide you want to send to the same address. If you click on a previous transaction it takes you to a block chain explorer which shows your address along with all the others in the the traction so you have to figure out which is yours from the amount. If you copy/paste their is some risk you grab the wrong address or accidentally leave off a character from the beginning or end.

I bought this as a safe store for Dogecoin, wanting to hold some myself instead of all on an exchange or Robinhood only. It took a little bit of research and figuring out how to get things from one place to another, but I've gotten down a process to to go from cash to Doge on this wallet. I like being able to connect this to my PC with cable or phone with Bluetooth to move things around on the go if I choose to. QR code on the screen and easily visible Send/Receive IDs are awesome. We'll see how long it holds up and how long the service is available to sync coins during transactions, but so far it has impressed me for the price as a good store of many different primary and alt coins.

Kurz zur Erklärung. Wenn ihr diese Wallet verwendet seid ihr in voller Kontrolle eurer Kryptos. Die Website die genutzt wird ist nur der Client welcher die Transaktion an das Device sendet und das signieren findet auf dem Device statt. Zusätzlich, euer Guthaben ist auf der Blockchain gespeichert und nicht am Gerät/der Hardware wallet. Die Hardware Wallet ist nur ein Gerät welches es euch ermöglicht ein mnemonic zu speichern und man kann durch ableiten des MNEMONIC Accounts in der jeweiligen Technologie erhalten. In der jeweiligen Blockchainart kann man dann Transaktionen mit Hilfe dieses Geräts signieren. Die signierte Transaktion wird dann an die Blockchain gesendet und dort verarbeitet. Diese Wallet habe ich einer Freundin angeschafft, welche eine "visuellere" Wallet haben wollte nachdem ihr der Ledger Nano S nicht gefallen hat. Diese Hardware Wallet erfüllt ihren Zweck optimal. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass leider nicht allzu viele Blockchain Tokens unterstützt werden. Einige ERC-20 tokens, XRP, Bitcoin. Sehr schade, dass es zum Beispiel keine Unterstützung für Algo gibt. Die Gebühren die einige Nutzer zahlen mussten, sind die normalen Gebühren welche bei Transaktionen in der jeweiligen Blockchain Umgebung gezahlt werden müssen und nicht eine Gebühr die der Hersteller verlangt. Fazit: Sehr schöne und gut gelungene non-custodial/self-custody Hardware Wallet.

SecuX W20 has found the perfect balance between crypto security and usability! Please do not under-look how much frustration touchscreen + bluetooth can save you! It’s a major step up for me coming from previously using Ledger Nano S. The user interface is very straight forward and easy to figure out. It only took me around 5 mins to finish setting up the device to get started, and then transferring my coins & Tokens only took seconds! I love how I can use the app and scan the QR code and it goes straight through. Only thing I found a bit tricky was how to expand the ERC20 wallet, it’s under Ethereum so you have to click it. Other then that everything is just very simple and intuitive. I looked up their website before buying the wallet and made sure my coins and tokens are supported. The have everything i have except for ADA, but I was told it will be expedited and coming in Q2 2021. Nevertheless, their coin support should cover what majority of the users needs. I think Customer support is where SecuX really shines. I have exchanged several e-mails in the past few days with James@SecuX and he always replies swiftly with very detailed photo instructions. He has been very patient with me, very detail oriented and professional. Their support felt very accessible, unlike my previous experience dealing with Ledger. I read through the comments and some complaints regarding SecuX website storing your crypto is simply not true. If you understand blockchain, you would know that’s not how it works. Their web app is a portal for you to operate your coins, and there is no way for them to hold your crypto, as it is stored on Blockchain and the device only stores your private key, which never leaves your device. It is very unfortunate that some users bashes on such great product without even having sufficient knowledge. Big thumbs up to SecuX! Great wallet at great price. Buy with confidence my friends!
