Customer service sucks better than the vacuum cleaner. It is hard to believe the response I had when trying to establish what were the chances of getting a replacement brush. Basically it amounted to , 'We are new to selling vacuum cleaners, so we have no set up for spare parts'. All this is documented in the correspondence recorded by Amazon. Basically lose the brush at your peril, it detaches. Despite being new to vacuum cleaners they have the knowledge to say the brush is excellent. It will wear out and then what.

Total rubbish. Broke after 8 months, and probably exhibited reduced suction after 1... despite constant dismantling to empty and clean filter. Save your money and buy something else.

Great piece of kit, not mega powerful but does general hovering, lightweight, highly manoeuvrable, easy change extensions, plenty of battery life & easy to empty. We would highly recommend.

I like this product: But in future I will check that spares are available. I like to have a spare filter (one in use and one still drying) I know HEPA filters are said to last a lifetime (who's lifetime) There is no notification of where to register Guarantee.

Brome after 2 uses beyond fixing. A specialist didn't even have parts for it. Refunded issued. Would not recommend this product

Does everything more expensive ones do..battery charge lasts a long time..
