These are very thick and you may have to wear thinner socks or no socks so your boots still fit. I originally wore my usual thick socks and my boots were so tight, my feet were screaming.

I wear these in my mukluks and other boots and there is a marked difference in how warm my feet stay when I’m wearing them. I’m outside for prolonged periods of time in a Manitoba winter and my feet stay toasty warm when I’m wearing them. They are soft and comfortable but offer no arch support. I wear an arch support orthodic underneath this felt pad. They are easy to cut to size using the enclosed template. I wouldn’t go without them once the snow flies. Really does keep feet and toes warm.
