This model has been in production since the late 1960s and has been exported around the world for more than 50 years. With the superior finished, sharp and flexible stainless chrome steel blade it only takes a moment to make beautiful fish fillets. This blade length is suitable for processing fish of about 1 kg. Beautiful and handy filletig knife
This is a very good filleting knife and I really find it easy to handle. It seems quite strong as well, and at least previous Marttiini knives I've had have lasted for years, so time will tell. I really like the style with the wooden handle and leather sheath. It doesn't have a finger guard, but is very good to hold, for me. That said, the knife is slightly too small for my husband's hands. The sharpener seems to work well and is small, so it is easy to take with you if needed.
