It's too early to review the quality but their is a major flaw in the design.
The product fitted my barbecue well but the straps do not reach each other on both sides which is a pity. I have had to sue an ancillary strap to hold it on properly. The built in straps just need to be quire a biy longer to do their job effectively and, yes, I have tried them both ways. It's too early at this stage to comment on the weatherproofing and material quality.

Use this cover for a Weber q2200, it’s rained hard for the past week or two and the cover has proved excellent.
